  Living in another state. Need to have furnace and air conditioning serviced in Billings. Made a call and within 2 days it was done. Very professional and strait to the point. I highly recommend Norpac!!! Thank you Kelly!!!! You da man!!

  NorPac guys Bill and Nate are phenomenal! They fixed some jerry-rigged ductwork that sounded like a train horn at my job and made the holidays better! They went above and beyond!

  Norpac Sheet Metal company review: Our business had our normal hvac inspection done on Monday 7/24. By the time I got to work (3pm) it was almost 80 degrees in our hotel lobby. I thought the desk clerk I was relieving had lost her mind and asked her why it was so hot inside, she said she's been so busy she didn't notice, and then I noticed Norpac had been out earlier in the day. I asked her how it went and then looked over their paperwork they left. Normal inspection, few filters changed. All was well. I asked her when she noticed it getting hotter, she didn't know. I checked breakers and replaced thermostat batteries as troubleshooting. Nothing helped. I called Norpac at 3:30 pm same day, let them know something they did is preventing our ac from coming on. It was working fine before they were here. Front desk girl said boss will call me back. Which he did! By 4:30! Awesome! I explained the situation. He said someone was in the area right now and would be by to take a look. No one ever showed up. Now it's Tuesday, I arrive at work at 3pm and see every fan we have in our hotel lobby... not a good sign! Desk clerk says she called them at 11 am, they said "we will try and figure out what is going on". Okay...? So before I even clock in, I have Norpac on the phone asking when we should expect someone. She says someone is on route and will be there TODAY. It's now after 6 pm and I'm extremely disappointed in this company. Not only did they lie to us THREE different times about someone definitely coming out to correct an issue, but it was an issue they caused!! They could have been honest on three separate occasions but they chose not to be. I would have understood if they said "hey super busy with a/c units across town but here is the time we've set aside to fix the problem WE caused your company / small business..." zero out of 10 stars, would not recommend. 😢

  I had them demo our old furnace and a/c unit and put in a new furnace and a/c unit. They did a great job everything works great, left me all the manuals, cleaned up after themselves...I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC job. Great people to work with. Always on top of things and get tasks completed quickly all the while communicating with you to let you know what is being done and when. Very professional company.

  Excellent service, we have maintenance service contracts for our businesses and personal homes. Norpac has always been very fast to respond to any of our requests. There service has proven to be reliable, accurate and timely. We have also requested fabricated products and have always been provided a quality finish product at a reasonable price. Thy have been a pleasure to work with.
