  I had a rain intrusion leak at my residence and Treasure State Restoration sent out technicians promptly and was able to evaluate the situation. They quoted me a fair price to perform work, but when it came time to perform the drying process they took a new measurement and found no moisture present. They were kind enough to waive the prior service contract and leave the situation with no out of pocket cost to myself. This is the type of honest and ethical work I would hope for in a contractor. I will absolutely be using Treasure State Restoration in the future! Shout to Corbin who handled the situation like a professional.

  Treasure State Restoration took care of water damage to our home due to a roof leak, from start to finish. Having been fortunate to not have been through something like that before, I was overwhelmed before calling them. They responded immediately and worked with our tenants to get things dried out. We appreciated their willingness to work and communicate with us and our tenants living in the home. The whole situation is less than ideal but I am so glad I chose Treasure State Restoration to assist us and get things repaired. Ashley was always responsive and incredibly helpful and patient - she answered my (multiple) questions and phone calls the whole time. Eloy was wonderful to work with during the repair process. He was very communicative regarding the schedule and worked hard to get our repairs done as soon as possible between their and our tenants schedules, and provided updates until things were fully repaired. I really appreciated everyone’s help and patience through the entire situation. Their team is efficient and helpful! I will call this company in the future if I have an issue arise.

  Treasure State Restoration helped me with some minor water damage to a bathroom ceiling after a heavy rain event. Working with them was a pleasure, from the first phone call requesting a quote, to the final inspection and sign-off on the work. And they worked with my insurance company seamlessly. Pricing and schedule were communicated clearly from the get-go, and they delivered on their commitments. Removal of wet drywall and insulation, and then replacement and restoration of said drywall and insulation is very messy work, and these folks left my house cleaner than they found it every time they were here. The work itself was fantastic, and I can't tell that there was ever any water damage begin with. And while I hope I never have to utilize their services again, I would recommend them to anyone who may.

  Metaphorically lightning hit our house two times and Treasure State Restoration was there even at 3:00 am when a septic company failed to do their job. Working with an employee Glasious or “G” as I found out later on did one hell of a job and did not mess around while working, he was honest about stuff and when I deal with people in construction or restoration my BS meter is at full force, it’s just growing up and hanging out with Judges/Lawyers all my life. Glasious didn’t try to swing me in any kind of way or the other employees that were temporarily here. They all had attention to detail as if the employees were prior military which is paramount around here, they’re not a “slap and dash company.” They even knew how to joke around with my rock and roll lifestyle personality. Dealing with our insurance and talking to the owner about payments face to face, Aaron the owner did the Montana nod and hand shake knowing that he is going to get paid as quick as possible and that reminds me of old Bozeman companies that we don’t have much of anymore “that’s coming from a 5th generation.” They’re going to get contractors over here to redo tile and the master bedroom carpet which I trust it’ll be a good flooring guy judging by the owner and the employees. I have nothing bad to say about this company and I really hope they prevail over all the other restoration companies here in the valley. Treasure State Restoration deserves the best that this valley can give them. Thanks for all of the honest hard work, I barely compliment people or companies so….. you guys are the best even when lightning metaphorically strikes twice.

  I had positive experience with TSR. From start to finish they were professional and kept me informed of everything happening. David did a great job explaining the process and what to expect. Eloy who was the general project manager, kept constant communication of what the day would look like and what part of the process to be prepared for next. My bathroom came out better than expected. The real value is that even with the project done they do there part to vouch for me with the insurance company to make sure I am taken care of. I would highly recommend TSR, Eloy, David and the team any time restoration services are needed.
