I went to Ace, Lowe’s & Home Depot multiple times trying to figure out plumbing challenges for a bathroom remodel. Someone mentioned Fergusons so I went and could not believe the experience. The front desk crew were awesome, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. Travis was answering my questions and confirmed every challenge had a solution in the store. This should have been the first stop! I highly recommend this place and help from Travis at the front ✅

Kade literally saved our little family! Called for a new motor for our a.c and he had it here in billings the next day!! Can't thank him enough! We had it put together in 20 minutes. 2 businesses here sold us the wrong motor. Thanks again!!

Excellent experience. I delivered a forklift after multiple previous drops where the wooden wheel blocks were broken and nails were left sticking out of the trailer floor. At this location, the crew not only unloaded the last unit professionally, but also removed old nails from previous deliveries and swept the entire trailer. I’ve honestly never experienced this level of care and professionalism before. Truly appreciated. Highly recommended.
