- AMAmanda MayerhoffJun 30, 20261.0I called over a month ago to have someone come out to check my septic tank because my pump was not pumping and sewage was backing up into my yard. The lady I spoke to said she would see when they could get to me and call me back and let me know. Two days later I hadn’t heard anything so I called back and she told me they had not scheduled me yet but when they did she would call and let me know. I still to this day have not heard a word from them nor have they been by to look at it. Thankfully I found someone else to come out and fix it for me. I have always heard great things about this company so needless to say I was extremely disappointed about the LACK OF service I received.
