Although it was slow arriving (manufacturers delay) they installed it without delay AND they cleaned up the debris very well, this is a big plus. Some companies install the product you purchased and leave a mess everywhere for you to clean up. Austin Electric stands behind their work and I highly recommend them.

Spoke with a very nice lady and was told they charge $75 just to come out to give an estimate and will credit $75 if they get the job. Well from my point of view - if I spend $75 for an estimate and the estimate is insanely high priced to do very little work then I just lost $75 and wasted my time. Removed 2 stars due to this fee that has a swinging door. If I charged my customers and potential clients a fee for an assessment or estimate I would not have the level of business I have today.
