I found the company easy to deal with. Sean was my initial contact. He couldn’t have been nicer and easy to deal with during the estimate part of the project. Groundwork’s , the name speaks for itself . I had a great team . They worked like ants, excellent team work .Preston , Quendarius, and Darius is such a great asset to the company . The guys were very respectful and they did their job well . I will definitely recommend the company to friends and family . My house shifted because of the drought. We literally witnessed them shift it back . A brick home !!!! Kudos to the crew I had .. they are the awesome 3 .

Martorio Barnum was the foreman for our steel structural framework reinforcement job on this house built in 1834. Barnum and his partner in the work, JesusChavez, were both professional, capable and excellent communicators who took pride in their work and keen interest in answering all questions completely. I would recommend their work and Groundworks to anyone!

I contacted Groundworks to have encapsulation done for my crawl space. The day of my service the crew consisted of LeQuinton, Noah and Dee Hardiman. The lead person went over the process with me, detailing what the process entailed, and how long it would take. They arrived around 9am they were able to get their lunch and completed the job between 3 and 4 pm. All the debris that was under my home from what other people left from previous jobs that were done was removed and hauled away. I am pleased with the level of service I received. Below is a picture of the debris and the start of the process. This is an old house built in 1947.
