  We order a residential house door glass replacement with Glass Plus Co. on July 2025. They require pay 50% as down payment so we paid $337. But l can’t believe that after 9 month they still not complete the job till now! I call & massages a lot to this company but no body takes responsibility. I want speak to sales manager they always say not in office. This company Deceiving customers and take the money. If they still not correction soon we have to report to Pearl police department!

  I just called this company, you could hear alot of wrestling with the phone. No one actully answered the phone. Until I said hello again. This company will not get my business.

  So many companies like this that won't answer the phone. The fact that someone texted and asked if they can call me back, sure! No problem but no call back and you read my texts with no response from another number which u texted me from. This is bad business in my opinion. I don't knw the reason you couldn't answer at the moment but to text me from another phone and no response isn't good business!

  Where another company seemed confused about cutting a tempered rectangle and never called me back, Glass Plus took care of it quickly and at a great price so I could repair my own shower door. I don’t usually leave reviews but they were that great to work with.
