- RBRussell BourlandJun 19, 20261.0Bought 3-4 machines from these folks over the years. Brought 1 back to them 3 times due to overheating while under warranty (I have the service records to prove it)They never fixed the issue. Motor eventually blew up just outside of 1 year and they refused to replace it. Machine had less than 200 hours on it. Tried to make me pay for motor, I refused. Now they won’t sell us parts for any of the other machines we have. We took our business across the street to Williams Equipment. In the last year I’ve spent $180,000 with Williams (Bought a MT120 and a TB290) Equipment Inc would have gotten all that if they would have just done the right thing. Bad business. Not who you want to depend on. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY BOBCAT MACHINES FROM EQUIPMENT INC.,NOR SHOULD YOU…..go across the street to Williams and save yourself the headache. Equipment Inc, why did you not stand behind your equipment or the warranty?? Defend yourself if you can!
