  Damien Tackett was terrific. He helped me decide on how to repair my roof with as little anxiety as possible. He set up a solution that made me feel comfortable. He was very professional and respectful. He explained all options with great detail and even showed me images of the proposed project. I am hoping everything turns out the way he portrayed. Again, thanks Damien for the great consultation.

  Had Elite Roofing & Gutters out to look at our roof in pearl Mississippi and I’m really glad we called them. Joe didn’t just eyeball it from the driveway, he got up on the roof and then walked the whole attic with us too, which nobody else had bothered to do. Took photos and videos the entire time and actually showed them to us, so we could see exactly what he was talking about instead of just taking his word for it. Then he went through all our options and broke down the pricing on each one. No pressure, no rushing. We finally understood what we’d be paying for and why. You can tell these guys know roofs inside and out. Highly recommend!

  2 yrs ago I got a new roof. When they were putting it on a downpour came in. The ceiling got wet. Josh Wilson came and took care of the painting. Yesterday I had to call for I noticed a discoloration to my ceiling in my bathroom. The roof was only two yrs old. Still under warranty. Josh Wilson called was at the door in 20 min. Very professional. Came in went to the bathroom and went up into the hot attic. Could not see a leak. Told me he would be back in the am at 7 if it was raining so that he could go back up into the attic and see or find the leak. Here on time, mission accomplished! Again very professional, and on time. I would highly recommend Elite roofing and gutters. Ask for Josh Wilson He will take care of you. He went beyond my expectations! Thank you Josh for helping me! The company is blessed to have a young man who cares for the customers to work for them. Barbara Tolleson
