  Great experience in a hot situation! Called the after hrs number and was advised that someone would contact me in the morning. First thing the next morning got the call and was scheduled for service call same day. Service Tech Will was here by noon, and a hour later my unit was repaired. He explained everything, showed me why the unit was not operating correctly, explained the cost. Many thanks for quick response time all the way around. Would highly recommend Climate Masters Team to anyone needing HVAC services.

  The gentlemen (I believe his name was Patrick) took no time in responding to my after hours request (my A/C stopped blowing cool air.) He was prompt, polite and knowledgable. And he fixed my issue in about 30 minutes. Much appreciated!

  Contacted them for service early morning and they scheduled me a technician that morning. After technician diagnosed issue his office contacted me shortly there after and provided me with corrective action, cost and estimated time for repairs. I was very satisfied with services technicians and staff and for handling my repair in the same day. I would definitely recommend Climate Masters Inc.

  What a great experience with Climate Masters! I had no air conditioning and grandchildren on the way from out of town. A service rep who happened to be in the area was dispatched right away and was at my door within minutes of my call. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with a part he had on his truck. He was professional, courteous and very kind. Within 30 minutes from start to finish my problem was resolved…and at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

  Justin Bagwell arrived quickly after I requested service when my A/C quit cooling. He tried to fix the issue and realized the unit needed a new part. He processed the paperwork to facilitate that action. The crew that arrived this morning did a great job in a timely fashion. They were courteous and answered my questions. The bill from today’s work was less than the estimate I was told on Friday. I appreciate the squirm response, the great job done by all and thought the pricing was very reasonable. THANK YOU!
