  Ice maker stopped working. Technician came out on a Friday and said the issue was the fan motor. Replaced the motor. Saturday, Sunday, Monday no ice. Technician came back out on Monday and said the problem was he didn’t clear a code. Tuesday morning no ice. Came back out again and then said it was the compressor. Also he said he didn’t need to replace the fan motor. Spoke with management about refunding my money. Management didn’t want to refund my money for replacing a part that didn’t need to be replaced. Instead offered me up to $125 off purchasing a new refrigerator. Management attitude is totally unprofessional. They hung the phone up on me twice by two different managers. I got another company out to fix ice maker. They replaced the ice maker and fridge is dispensing ice. All for $250.00 and that’s parts and labor. This company is unprofessional, don't stand behind their work, and would not recommend them for purchasing a new appliance and repairing an appliance. The only person that was professional was Annie. Her attitude was excellent and understanding.

  My serviceman, Kirk is very knowledgeable and efficient technician. And the follow up from the Anderson Mechanical office was unexpected but great. If you need HVAC service, i recommend giving Anderson Mechanical a call.

  Kirk was on time, very helpful, and went above and beyond his task to get my unit up and running. Also showed me maintenance procedures I can do to maintain good service from my equipment. He renailed door trim where it was loose. Excellent service!

  Very pleased The response was very quick. I felt very comfortable with the diagnosis of my units. And very pleased with Kirk and the manner he conducted both the work on the unit and his experience and his explanation of the best way to solve the problem. Thank you so much. I can see why my daughter has used your company for 14 years. Would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone. Thanks
