  Outstanding service, price and warranty on installing a split a/c unit. Josh was great to work with. He checked on the crew multiple times then even came past the next day to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Great company to work with.

  Jason at Anderson Mechanical Inc. did an excellent job! He was quick to diagnose the issue, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was also friendly and professional throughout the entire service call. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Jason and Anderson Mechanical Inc. for anyone needing HVAC service!

  The technician Jason Ladnier was clean, professional & experienced. He was able to resolve the issue with my air conditioner within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Anderson Mechanical.

  Ice maker stopped working. Technician came out on a Friday and said the issue was the fan motor. Replaced the motor. Saturday, Sunday, Monday no ice. Technician came back out on Monday and said the problem was he didn’t clear a code. Tuesday morning no ice. Came back out again and then said it was the compressor. Also he said he didn’t need to replace the fan motor. Spoke with management about refunding my money. Management didn’t want to refund my money for replacing a part that didn’t need to be replaced. Instead offered me up to $125 off purchasing a new refrigerator. Management attitude is totally unprofessional. They hung the phone up on me twice by two different managers. I got another company out to fix ice maker. They replaced the ice maker and fridge is dispensing ice. All for $250.00 and that’s parts and labor. This company is unprofessional, don't stand behind their work, and would not recommend them for purchasing a new appliance and repairing an appliance. The only person that was professional was Annie. Her attitude was excellent and understanding.
