  I live in California and my Elderly mother lives in Olive Branch. She called me Monday Afternoon saying her A/C wasn't working. What was I to do. I googled a few HVAC companies there. I got Hometown on the phone. Sarah expressed her remorse of not having anybody to send out right away, put said she would have them there the next morning early. As just as she said, Ross and Christian were there at 8am. After checking over the system, they spoke with me and I authorized the work. They were, nice and respectable to a cantankerous old lady (LOL). She was very impressed with them and that is saying alot. I just wanted let it be known that if you need HVAC work, please call them.

  Called at 3 AM with no air, and Marshall was there by 9 AM (he said if he'd been awake he would have come then, and I believe him). Polite, professional, worked quickly and calmly--no extra charge for the rushed service, and just delightful to help. Get it checked BEFORE it goes out!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend HomeTown HVAC and Refrigeration enough! Our HVAC system went down, and from the very first phone call, we were treated like family. Mark literally pulled over on his drive home after hours just to get us scheduled for service. That level of dedication and customer care is almost unheard of these days. The next morning, Ross and Christian actually arrived before our scheduled service window. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. They didn’t just glance at the unit. They physically put hands on every part of the system, carefully inspected everything, explained what they were finding, and walked me through the entire process so I understood exactly what was going on. There was never any pressure, upselling, or guesswork, just honest, quality workmanship. It’s truly refreshing to do business with a company that values integrity, communication, and doing the job right. After the service was complete, I even called Mark personally to tell him how impressed I was with Ross and Christian and to thank him for fitting us into the schedule so quickly. Thank you, Mark, Ross, and Christian, for getting our HVAC system back up and running so quickly.   Marshall just left my house on a Sunday none the less and i have nothing but praises. Murpheys Law took over on my unit unfortunatly but he went above and beyond to make sure i went to bed cold tonight! Professional, kept me updated every step of the way, fair prices...10 out of 10 will 100% recommend and use him again!
