  I now have a STATE-OF-THE-ART drainage system instead of the Mickey-Mouse set up that I’ve been struggling with for YEARS all because I just wanted an OPINION from a different A/C company! I couldn’t be more pleased! Mason C and Isaac B and Jonathan S and Ryan were ALL top notch professionals who redeemed my faith in the industry! No one would even believe what all I have been struggling with up in my attic having to constantly mop up the water in my drain pan, all because my FORMER A/C guy kept saying it was a plumbing problem and my former Plumber kept saying it was an A/C problem! Now I never have to go up in my attic AGAIN! Thank you Environment Masters! I am set for life now! No more headaches!

  When my regular plumber did not return my phone calls I tried Environment Masters. Everyone I spoke to on the phone while I was setting up the appointment was polite and helpful. I was notified when the technician was on the way. I was away from home so the technician had my friend who let him in call me, and he walked me through all the things he was doing to check for my plumbing leak. He could not find a major leak, but he did find several small leaks. He turned them all off and checked the meter to be sure that the leak had stopped. He only charged me for a service call. I am extremely happy with the service and the professionalism of Environment Masters technicians.

  Needed main line snaked due to paper towel clog. We knew this was the issue due to children flushing paper towels down the toilet. This has happened before. Technician confirmed there were paper towels clogging main line after snaking the line. This cleared the issue. However, we were charged almost $500. He was here less than an hour. Spoke with a manager about the price and was told there is a flat rate for the job. No other explanation or cost breakdown. We were not charged near this price with another company. We chose this company because they were able to get to the job quicker. Next time we will just wait it out. Extremely disappointed about being taken advantage of.
