  My husband ordered some stones and was informed that they would be available in two weeks. However, when he called to inquire about his order, he was informed that it was not yet in and that he would be notified as soon as it arrived. Unfortunately, he never received a call even after two more weeks had passed. I suggested that he go to the store and find out what was going on. When he did, he was told that the stones had indeed arrived but they had lost the corners and had to re-order. Once again, they failed to notify him when the order arrived. This delay caused my husband to fall behind schedule on his project, which in turn affects his ability to move on to the next job.

  What can I say I use old south simply because of the professionalism that they bring to the table. Spencer and Mickey are very knowledgeable which makes my job easier.
