- AAangieNov 26, 20251.0Had a hard time getting them to come out to do the weekly clean on the porta john. And the person thats answer the phone was no help.
- JJJanie JarvisMay 21, 20245.0I cannot recommend this service enough! We rented one of their portable restrooms on a trailer for an outdoor wedding. They are air conditioned and cleaner than your bathroom at your house. Four potties for men and four for women. Prompt delivery and pickup. Superb customer service! Don’t have an outdoor event without these!
- OOoniond445Feb 27, 20215.0After the ice storm, our office had no water; I called Lauren on a Friday and she was quick to respond with a desire to help us. She and her staff were knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. They delivered the 4 station restroom trailer on Sunday and we were able to open our office on Monday. The facilities were clean, well stocked and very upscale. Loved the blue tooth music! I highly recommend Gotta Go. They have a great staff, are dependable and aim to please. Thank you!

- SSStacy ScottNov 5, 20191.0Caution!!! Absolutely no customer satisfaction guarantee!! Rented a restroom trailer that didn’t work properly, called and complained, they didn’t care, ask for some sort of partial refund. Spoke to owner, she was rude and crude, offered nothing, refused flat out. Since we paid in advance this is the only satisfaction I can receive is give a well earned bad review. I have called and emailed them numerous times and just been ignored. Guys find someone else to rent from!!!!!! Terrible!!!!!!!!
