  Awesome service, Brad was the service person that did the service on my AC .I came home and I noticed my house was as hot as it was outside, so I called environment masters and in less than 3 hours my house was cooling down before my wife came home thank you guys ya'll are awesome

  My experience with Environment Masters, From calling and talking with someone in the office, even when I called to call around to check for pricing and I called after hours and I spoke with someone on that day, the next day rolled around and Grayson called just to check and make sure everything was told to me correctly, they really go out their way to really assist customers, and I really appreciate that they make you feel like you are a part of them and not just a job. Grayson was very Knowledgeable, and he was very kind and took the time out to understand What I needed to be done, and thankful to him he was able to get me in on the next day from my call, he explained everything to me, even went out of his way to make sure that I was very comfortable with everything, on October 2 Friday, The job got assigned to Nathan, Nathan called probably 15 or 20 minutes before he was on his way, which was great just to check to make sure someone would be available and just giving me heads up, When I spoke with him, he explained what he will be doing. Once he make it to the job site, he was very respectful, and attentive, even though I was getting some work done at my mother‘s home. I really appreciate him taking the time out to explain different things to her and making her feel comfortable. I am very thankful for Nathan because I ordered a product off-line from Home Depot and he caught a flaw into this product that just shows me he is very skills full and he’s a big big asset to this company. He did everything that he explained to me that he could handle and do and he was very communicative and I just want to thank everyone that played a part in today’s experience and before today as well. Thank you so much everyone

  Kolby did a wonderful job! He was very professional and helpful. This was our first time using Environment Masters and it will probably not be our last. Great work and it was done the same day.

  Technician, Christian, did an excellent job repairing my Air Conditioning system. He was timely, courteous, and professional. He displayed his knowledge while explaining each step of the repair. Environment Masters has a very knowledgeable and dedicated employee in Christian.

  Thought this was a family business. Had good work with techs in the past that made me feel like they were reasonable with smaller jobs so kept coming back to them. Had a tech named Jeffery out yesterday try and charge me almost $430 to clean 1 filter. I was quoted $900 for 1 panel filter clean + capacitor replacement or $470 to just replace the capacitor however, if I don't pay the cleaning fee I won't have any warranty on the capacitor put in. $430 to clean a filter for 3 minutes? This company has turned into pure greed.. quite unfortunate as you're locked into a position to either bite the bullet and overpay for service or pay the service call fee just to send them home to pay another reasonable company. We ended up cleaning the filter ourselves in the rain (took maybe 3-5 minutes) as I sent my partner to clean the filter while I discussed quotes with the tech. The tech then tries to say well now he has to charge us 1 hour labor since he can't stand around waiting as his bosses micromanage everything he does on all calls and needs to keep working at all times. But then proceeds to say he needs to wait until it stops raining until he can start work on the unit anyways. How are you going to attempt to charge us $160 labor for us cleaning in the rain when you couldn't work when it was raining regardless. (tech states he eventually called his manager and they agreed to waive this charge) Had a leak in a condenser coil and quotes me 6k for a new coil and tries to hard sell me that it's required and pushed to get a salesman to come out immediately. A new comparable unit only costs 2.2 -2.5k. Will never do business with again. Be careful what tech shows up to your door as they are trained in fearmongering you into paying high prices on the spot now apparently. Left me feeling for the first time like this company does not care one bit for retaining customers and keeping their family reputation they've built rather trying to scare their customers into maximizing profits.
