  Wish i could give a zero star rating. Hired them to replace my AC system only (not heating) a little over a year ago. I have been at my home for 7 years and had to call maybe 3 tickets in on AC the entire time. It has been just over a year and I have had to call in seven tickets since they did thier work. The system breaks almost monthly, they installed the new unit crooked and it was dented. I had a maintenance contract with them for quarterly checks and whenever they come to check it not long after something always happens to break and it always happens to be a component they didn't touch. Multiple times now they have come to do maintenance and a component breaks days later. On the last maintenance part of the system broke while the tech was still checking and he stated it's nothing he would have touched. I would advise to not let these people into your home. I have only experienced constant problems since i was unfortunate enough to hire them.

  I've used Environment Masters in the past and had a pleasant experience which is why I chose them again, but I wasn't pleased this time. I scheduled an appt bc the toilets were gurgling when we let out the water in the tub or during the draining cycle while washing clothes. The water back up in the shower. The technician wasn't thorough!! He used a camera and saw no blockage but told me my pipe was slanted and it would cost $4500 to fix it. The pipe SHOULD be slanted! What if the blockage was in the plumbing vent stack on the roof, inside my home, or near the fixtures that are clogging. He never went inside! I've never had a plumber that didn't go inside. He was there 15mins, no resolve and it cost me $200. I hate when people/companies try to take advantage of hard working people, especially women! I will get a second opinion and I will NOT use this company again!!

  From service call, sales technician, to installation team all were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They were detail oriented and double checked everything to be sure all was exactly as it should be. They were efficient and timely to come out the same day our air went out and install new unit the very next day. They cleaned everything up before leaving. We highly recommend Environment Masters!.   I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided. I was required to pay a fee of nearly $100.00 just to receive an estimate. Furthermore, the company failed to adhere to the scheduled appointment times. My initial appointment was set for 8:00 AM, but by 8:45 AM, no one had arrived or contacted me. When I called fan update, I was informed that the technician was running late and would arrive 12:00 PM. Unfortunately, no one arrived at In addition to the hefty estimate fee, the company requires the majority of the balance to be paid before service is rendered. However, once the payment was received, communication ceased entirely. As a business owner myself, I find this lack of professionalism and failure to deliver agreed-upon services completely unacceptable. Please consider this formal notification of my experience, before you go with them.

  I've been on the hunt for someone to check out my AC unit for a few weeks now, and I'm so glad I found Blake and Enviro Masters! When I called their customer service, the representative was super friendly and assured me that they could have someone out within 30 minutes. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical given my past experiences, but to my surprise, Blake arrived right on time—within 27 to 30 minutes! He took the time to walk around, assess the issue, and offered some great solutions. After agreeing on a reasonable price, Blake scheduled to come back in just two business days to complete the installation. His team showed up exactly when they said they would and did a fantastic job installing my new air-conditioning system. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with their excellent customer service, quick response time, and prices that fit my budget perfectly. Highly recommend!
