Environment Masters is by far the most professional plumbing company I have ever dealt with. Every time I have called someone actually answers the phone. Even on the weekends. I don’t have to leave a voicemail. Everyone is courteous. They have always handled my issues promptly and thoroughly.
I had Environmental Masters come to my house today to discuss and give me a quote on a whole house backup generator by Kohler. Joshua showed up and I knew this because I received a phone call, text message, and email showing his picture with introduction. Joshua was extremely friendly and 100% professional as he explained everything dealing with whole home generators. Because Joshua is part of the installation Team he could explain in detail everything about the installation as well as many questions that I had. At the conclusion I signed to have the system installed and I have 100% confidence this will be done on time and be done properly. If I could I would rate my overall experience as A+ or 10 Stars. This is how a company is supposed to run and employ such great people like Joshua.
EM arrived as scheduled for the first inspection of my home HVAC system. The technician noted and found issues that I was completely unaware of and that could be clearly seen with the naked eye. Everything was explained in terms of the repairs, the reasons for the repairs, and the associated costs. After I was provided an estimate, and the repairs made and completed. The technician upon a detailed breakdown was able to complete the repairs well under the estimate provided. I am glad that I contracted with Environmental Masters.

Joshua R has been out a couple of times for different things involving our HVAC systems, all newly installed by Environment Masters. We truly appreciate Joshua’s professional manor. He is knowledgeable, efficient and a great communicator. We value the fact that IF he is not 100% sure of something he will seek wisdom from other seasoned techs to confirm the job gets done right! As small business owners, we clearly understand what an asset to a team folks like Joshua are! We are thankful he is a part of the Environment Masters team that keeps our Home humming.

Had an issue with a branch in the house that would not drain properly. Had Environment Masters come out a run a camera through all the lines and they provided a quote to repair which entailed cutting a hole in the bathroom wall, opening up the ceiling and routing the stack vent through the metal roof. The quote was $2,461. Out of options and feeling the technician was knowledgeable of what the problem was we agreed to the work. The day of service came and the tech that was sent had no idea what the scope of the job was and asked for input. My wife had been there when the camera work was done but the tech did not really want to talk to the "woman in the house" and engaged me who was not here when the other tech had been here. Not a good customer interface - the woman must not know what is going on (my wife has renovated houses for over a decade). As the tech was trying to figure out what to do, I said that since the vent line which had been run horizontally for a distance was filled with water, we needed to cut the line OUTSIDE the house and drain the water. He was not supporting that decision but I said the line was not going to be cut in the wall and flood my house. Finally he agreed and cut the line draining 10 gallons of water. Guess what, that was all it took to fix the drain issue. Initially the company said they would deduct a "little" from the quote. After engaging the manager at the office for a good deal of time, they agreed to take $700 . . . for doing al;l of cutting a 3 inch PVC pipe and draining water. Unhappy is an understatement and the attitude of the tech that clearly felt women were clueless left a sour taste and ensured we would not use or recommend them in the future. Could have been a real mess with interior walls and the roof cut open and the interior of the walls filled with water since the real issue alluded the techs.
