  Charles came and performed a preventative maintenance on our homes HVAC. Contacted us before arrival, and completed the tasks. Very courteous, very professional, very pleased!

  Environment Masters brought cool air back into my home in just a little over 24 hours! I had two AC units go out at the same time, in the heat of June. Tyler responded when I called. He showed up literally within an hour! We decided what I needed and the following day his guys worked all day to install both new units - one of which had to go into a very cramped dark space. A different Tyler and his helper, Jeremiah worked harder than anyone else that day. They were both young and energetic… polite and eager to please. They worked hard all day long and did not break for lunch. When we ran into a problem at about 6:00pm Tyler assured me that he wasn’t leaving until the issue was resolved. And he didn’t! He even called me back three times to make sure the unit in question was working properly. I wish there were more young people in the work force today like Tyler and his helper Jeremiah! They are an asset to Environment Masters.

  Billy H & Nate did a fantastic job on the HVAC installation for our home. Even though it was extremely hot in the attic for most of the day during the install, they worked and worked to get the job done and get us going. Thanks guys!

  Blake D. did an excellent, “5 Star” job of assessing the problems with our 3 central air conditioning units, plus he did expert & speedy work to repair them/add coolant where needed! He was pleasant to talk to, very helpful, & he really knew how to do his job well!! We would recommend Blake D. & Environment Masters to everyone!!!!!

  From the first call to the crew finishing up a easy transaction called on Wednesday Matt came out and looked over our situation with our dead AC the compressor was out we picked which plan we wanted also very easy lots of options, Billy, Matt, and Brandon showed up promptly at 8am and started to work right away..we got a new efficient AC and a New efficient Heater.. they were very mindful of furniture and flooring and took great care not to damage it..AC was cooling the house at 2 pm Billy and his crew cleaned up and left nothing behind I would highly recommend them … I would Like to thank the whole staff for everything thing they did… great customer oriented team!!!!
