  Let me say the experience with FC Design Center was OUTSTANDING. The first time we walked in FC Design Center until job completion everything went as planned which is very rare in todays day and age. FC Design Center price was less than $100.00 in price from all there competitors but way above on service quality, and punctionally. Everybody knew what needed to be done and did it without hesitation. from the selection stage to the final square yard of carpet that got laid down. There selection of product far exceeded what any of their competitors had. When we described what we wanted they immediately showed us exactly what we needed and gave us time to think about it NO High Pressure to buy right now if we wanted the current special price. We had another company say the price was good today only which is a dead give away to run and run quickly. From the time we ordered the carpet to installation day which was completed in one day for 3 separate rooms was exactly 12 days. The amount of left over scraps was extremely minimal meaning the measurer and installer knew exactly what to do and what we needed. and what was left over we were told to use for mats on the floor. Upon completing installation by Fermin he swept up and took every piece of trash with him versus filling up my garbage can. the carpet feels like were walking on a combination of Clouds and Butter, You can always tell when you bought quality merchandise and FC Design Center definitely carries quality merchandise and follows up with a fabulous Staff, Those that i dealt with were Molly Dartez in sales , Kaitlin scheduling and follow-up and after sale and after installation Follow up and Fermin the incredible installer. best thing i could say is if my own mother need any flooring i would only take her to FC Design Center. So if you need flooring you need to check out this company first and stop there you'll find no better experience anywhere else.

  Everyone was so peasant and helpful, but Molly went way beyond that. I probably brought home 80 floor samples, then decided to change my color of my kitchen cabinets. After another 25 samples I finally chose a LVP. I ordered a box and thankfully l finally chose a floor! Molly was so helpful and patient with my total indecisiveness. She gave me ideas and encouragement through out the process. She was great to work with. Katelin has been great once my flooring came in. I am so thankful I decided to set up that consult appointment many months ago!

  I needed tile for a backsplash project, and this place had exactly what I had been looking for. They have great variety and it’s easy to look through their inventory in their spacious showroom. Their employees are extremely helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend FC Design Center.

  If in a hurry; you have found the right flooring company. This family owned, and operated business is phenomenal in everyway from start to finish. They offer a wide variety of flooring, and will help you choose, and guide you through the the entire process with confidence, and personal attention. They are affordable, and offer skilled, professional installation. I would highly recommend to anyone needing their Floors Dunn Right!

  This place for floors counters ect is awesome . The respect and the service from the sales to installation was a 10 out of a 10. I would strongly recommend this company for your project or your new home . Thanks again
