- DSDonna Snow-Burns4 days ago5.0Highly recommend!! Bruce was transparent with all issues. He took the time to go through our entire system before diagnosing the problem. Once he determined the issue he went through everything with me explaining not just what was wrong but why it went wrong. He discussed preventive care that we could do ourselves to extend the life of our unit. At NO POINT did he try to up sale us on more expensive equipment/services. BRUCE IS THE DEFINITION OF A PROFESSIONAL and HONEST SMALL BUSINESS !!!!
- SHSandy HowellJun 15, 20265.0I had an emergency situation with my A/C not working on Saturday. I take care of my elderly and disabled Veteran father, and his health, safety, and comfort are of the utmost importance. The temp rose an additional 10 degrees in our home, and it was very hot as the temp outside was 92 degrees. Bruce’s A/C installed the A/C unit so I called them for help. I spoke with Bruce and he was doing another job that was going to keep him busy for several more hours. He immediately contacted his brother and asked him to help out. Bruce’s brother came over in a short period of time and fixed the A/C problem. They are so nice and professional and I’m so grateful they are very caring people and made sure I had a working A/C for my dad and myself. I highly recommend Bruce’s A/C for any of your HVAC issues.

He even did some extra work examining and repairing some of our duct work at no charge. We will continue to use him for all our home heating and cooling needs.
