  Had HighTide Plumbing come out to service a “shower issue” that progressively got worse. Jhailynd Philpot was our technician. We really appreciated his kind spirit, friendly way of communicating, and his level of service!!!!!! After going through the necessary steps to solve our problem, Jhailynd solve our “irritating “ issue, finished up by cleaning up and taking care of things. As business owners , we really appreciate his quality of work! Thank you very much Jhailynd!

  Hunter and Jacob were both professional and friendly. He worked efficiently and completed everything in a timely manner. High Tide Plumbing will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing needs. Update: Hunter, Jhailynd, and Jacob are a great asset to this company. These guys worked tirelessly to make sure my family had a working shower. There were some unexpected issues during the installation, but they never gave up. Instead of complaining or becoming frustrated after spending the entire day and evening at our house, they remained upbeat, laughing, joking, and working together as a team to get the job done properly. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for these three. You can truly tell they love what they do and take pride in their work. They made sure I understood the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the results.

  Our kitchen sink drain was clogged further down beyond the p trap. Our plumber was friendly, efficient and professional. Our problem was fixed and we were very pleased with how fast and thorough he was. We will use High Tide plumbing again. We opted to have the drain jet cleaned due to the age and amount of use this kitchen drain gets. We are very happy! My mother in law is very happy!

  The plumbers I encountered from this company are knowledgeable and professional. However, their prices are on a whole other level. I own dozens of rental properties and they are by far the most expensive I have ever encountered, by far. I paid a small fortune for the initial job which fixed one problem but not the main problem I called them for. When I called them back they found the actual root cause which was a small pipe. The charged me another $1200 for a less than 2 hours job. When I asked for a discount since I paid already $3800 for the first job they could not care less. I am happy for them they made a good buck on me but in the long run they will lose substantial more as I won’t call them for any of my other properties.
