  From start to finish, this company is very professional, timely and clean. Employees are knowledgeable and break it down into laymans terms. They tarped my flooring, to not drag dirt from their shoes throughout my home. They installed additional plywood sheeting in my attic to prevent a mis-step of falling through the ceiling below them. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave anything for me to clean up. The entire unit needed to be replaced, the cost was affordable. They helped me with paperwork to get credits from my power company and a tax credit. 10/10 would recommend them. Do yourself a favor and call these professionals.

  Very professional, fair pricing, and expedient service. Cody came by, was very knowledgeable. He did a great job fixing my unit and educating me on how to maintain the conditions I wanted in my home. Would recommend to anyone.

  Deluxe AC earned ZERO stars on a install and startup service of new $14k HVAC system. Owner and lead tech were unprofessional and arrogant. Deluxe performed a BAD install and refused to provide prompt service. When Deluxe finally did show up they attempted to blame me and other onsite workers for deficiencies they created. Deluxe failed to properly seal the HVAC closet resulting in mildew in the new HVAC closet caused by hot attic air entering the HVAC closet. The new coils were ruined for the same reason - new blown in insulation fouled the coils. Deluxe denied that they failed to seal the all new duct work they installed and provided explanation for wet attic insulation leaking in the attic and onto floors from all registers. Deluxe insisted the house needed new ducts to avoid condensation so the functional sheetmetal ducts were removed and replaced and installed incorrectly. The new "top of line, high efficiency system" I was promised failed to uniformly and consistently cool or warm the house - needed to use fans to circulate air. Deluxe balked and delayed servicing the new unit for weeks during record heat weather. When presented with deficiencies and curing recommendations from a third party (independent licensed reputable HVAC contractor), the Deluxe lead technician deflected and disparaged that independent inspection and was rude. On last service, same lead technician was again rude and damaged the newly renovated house mill work leaving a huge gouge, said nothing about the damage, and was not bashful delivering snide comments while on site. While others may have positive outcomes, using Deluxe AC was an expensive mistake and awful lesson learned.

  I've used Deluxe A/C repair multiple times in the past fifteen years, and the latest visit on 06/12/2023 was $500.00 more than Air & Cooler, LLC and they wanted a $90.00 service charge for even showing up without touching the A/C unit. I've tried to express my concerns to the owner (Ninch?), he hung-up on me?
