  This place is a joke. I had them come out because my ac unit was freezing up and I had already had the outside fan on unit replaced about a month ago and then I also had the company that replaced fan say it was a little low on Freon so they adjusted level and unit ran fine for few weeks. Until yesterday which was the 6th of July . So I Called them and they came out , tech said that the a coil needed cleaning possibly and if they cleaned it would be around 800$ dollars or more . Which was an insane amount because I cleaned it last season and cost 20 dollars for cleaner . So I said I would clean. the following day I took off work and cleaned myself once again. Only took maybe hour and half. After cleaning and putting things back together turned unit on and it’s blowing and has been blowing for two or more hours and still not cooling. So I called them back and ask if they could send technician back out and check coolant and if so are they going to charge me another 100$ to hook gages up and the woman said I’ll ask and call you back ! Two hours later still no call. So I called back and was told yes another 100 just to check level with gages , witch they were told it’s probably low on coolant from the start but didn’t listen. It’s probably got a leak but they did not check and could have made money for repairing a leak and for Freon . I would not recommend this company at all. And good luck if you do. Also as you can see the unit is clan and has finally gotten down to 78 from 84 after three hours of running and that’s only because it’s cloudy outside from raining. They are not very good at taking care of their customers it seems. first time experience with them and wil not use them again. At least the technician was thought to be respectful. Also I figured I would be calling them back because tech said when you call us back let them know what he had done while he was here witch was nothing. Just looked at the unit. So that tells me he new himself it was probably low.

  Debated reviewing, I don't typically like to leave negative reviews, but please avoid this company. Air & Heat installed our HVAC systems in new build 2022. Within the first 6 months we had issues. First the downstairs unit wasn't working correctly - water backing up into the central unit. Tech came out and told my wife "the install wasn't even completed correctly." Then our thermostat had issues during severe cold - no heat on either unit, company blamed it on their supplier - ok, sure I get it. Not even two years in, August 2024, upstairs unit condensation trap backed up. The "supervisor" came out. This guy was about the most unprofessional service supervisor I've ever come across. Told him about the issues and my concerns, and asked if he'd simply show me how to clear the trap to prevent further issues down the road. All he wanted to talk about was shoving a service agreement down my throat and that he had "no record of our issues." Fast forward to this week, both our outside condensers iced over at the lineset connections. Both low on freon substantially. Explain to me how both units have low freon not even 4 years from the manufacturing date. Guess who was the last tech to put gauges to our system? Air & Heat service supervisor. Told us the system "looked great." Avoid these people at all cost.

  Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Our office system was old, worn out, and in need of replacement, and this company exceeded every expectation. The office staff was friendly and professional, the technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, and the installation crew was efficient, respectful, and left the area spotless—no trash or debris anywhere. The pricing was fair, the service was top-notch, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find companies like this anymore. Highly recommend to anyone needing air and heat services!

  I had these guys work on my wood boiler and was in a worse place afterwards. They didn’t check their work after finishing. They didn’t suck air out of the lines, so this caused my pumps to burn up. I called them when I realized there was an issue and was told to wait a month. I tried to just get reimbursed for pumps that I had to replace due to their negligence and was told that this was not their issue. There is a lot more that I could write that frustrated me about trusting these guys but just do yourself a favor and find someone else especially if you have a wood boiler.
