  Excellent customer service with easy communication. Technicians were very respectful and nice. They cleaned up after the job was done. Pleasant experience in spite of a difficult job.

  Jacob was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He went straight to work, found the problem and addressed it. We really appreciated him taking the time to explain what the problem was. If and when we have issues again, we would love to see him assigned as our technician.

  They come quick when called but do unprofessional work and rough. Very sloppy and unorganized. Don't pay them before inspection. That was my problem. I thought they were professional but found out they cut corners and don't clean up their mess. I had a leak in my ac system, the tech Jacob came and got me to replace the airhandler. He confirmed to me the refrigerant line was not leaking and say the coils in the airhandler is leaking. I had to replace the unit only to later find out it was the refrigerant line that was leaking. The line was covered in oil residue which was a symptom of leaks. But he ignored all that warnings and even told me he did pressure testing to confuse it. Then when i called them back, they say it must've have started leaking after the new airhandler installation. They send Parker, who was more professional and actually did his job and inspected the line and found the leak was right there where the line bend down from the attic. I told them about that Jacob guy confirming to me it wasn't the refrigerant line but was the coils and suggested i replace the unit. Parker couldn't say anything more but had called his boss and they cut me a deal to replace a new line set. They came back the next day, and they sent me Jacob again. This time he came looking upset and came late. He didn't even inform me tgat he's coming hours late. I had to call them to know. Then he came with another tech and started installation. After they finished, it was late and I didn't inspect the whole installation. I paid them and they left. The next morning i realized what a shitty job and messy job they had done. The insulation was torn and damaged, they didn't replace the entire line but connected it to the old line. The line was dripping water. He even drilled a screw through the casing cover for the refrigerant line. It broke through the insulation and almost punctured the new line. They charged me to replace the entire new line but ended up just c jalf doing the job. Later they sent me another tech to inspect and he saw the problem and left. He told me they will call me back. I waited and called them back several times and was told they will call me back. It's been 3 weeks, they haven't call me back. Anyways if you're going to use them, make sure you inspect their work and never pay until after you inspect. I ask for Parker. Stay away from Jacob. Below are pictures of their installation.
