  Jamie is THE MAN!! I was in the middle of cleaning the house when I realized the a/c wasn't cooling. I called the answering service and Jamie was here, lickety-split! I highly recommend this gentleman!

  I really like the experianced quality service with Comfort Zone. Jacob has been the service technician for my home and he is wonderful. Nice, professional and easy to talk with. I've never had any problems with this HVAC company.

  Our experience was superb! Call was answered immediately by someone very knowledgeable. Response time was super fast. Tech Jacob was very kind and professional and got us fixed up and cooled off in no time! So glad we called ComfortZone!!!

  My experience with Garrett was as great as it could be. The AC at my house was just blowing warm air and my house was heating up fast. Garrett arrived sooner than I expected since he was on another job when I called. He identified the problem immediately, had the needed part on the truck, and had it replaced within 15 minutes. Garrett is the consummate professional and so he courteous.

  One of my outside Heatpump units stopped working. I Called Comfort Zone and was blessed with same day service. Terry Channel came out and assessed the unit, immediately discovering that my contactor was bad. Replaced part and had to add some Freon also…. Unit kicked right off and is now cooling great! While here , upon my request, he also checked my 2 other units for Freon needs as well. Could not ask for a more prompt, time- efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, and skilled service tech than Terry, He was very courteous , personable, and honest in his work…. showing me the issue (s) step by step as to what my problems were. That all goes a very long way with me. Keep up the great work Terry ….. Job Well Done!! You’ll be the one I asked for whenever future needs arise, for sure! I recommend Comfort Zone to anyone with AC/Heat needs…. Their company is the very best around in my opinion!!!
