Matthew arrived and quickly fixed the problem. The notifications letting us know he was on the way, when he would arrive, and introducing him beforehand made us feel very comfortable. He was also helpful in explaining what was going on and what to be on the lookout for. When the unit went out again a week later, Matthew returned that same day and ended up figuring out that the outlet was not supplying enough power to the unit. He spent a while working in the hot attic till he figured it out. We appreciated all his efforts and the companies help/understanding in getting us taken care of. We are having a great experience with them so far.
