  I tried to get an estimate to replace 23 windows and Southeastern was an abysmal failure. The guy that came out to measure was nice, but everyone else I’ve dealt with there has been a terrible experience. I was never called or emailed a quote after the measuring, so I called to inquire about it. “It wasn’t marked as complete” I was told, and that the lady working my quote would call me within a couple days. No one ever calls. So a week later I call and finally get the lady “working my quote” on the phone and she’s borderline rude. She gave lame excuses about waiting to hear back from her vendors, which is BS I think because this was 3-4 weeks after the measuring at this point. I was told I’d get an estimate in a few days once she heard from her vendors, and that never happened. I practically had to chase and beg these people to give them my business, following up multiple times from my own end trying to babysit this thing just to get an estimate! They left a horrible taste in my mouth. I just spent ~27k for my windows with another company that actually wanted my business. The ladies that work in the office are borderline rude and incompetent.

  Beautiful store nice and neat, All the associates were very kind and courteous and helpful. What surprise me the most Was The store owner is very personable And easy to talk to. Did not know he was the owner until after he left, If I could nominate that store for being the best store on the coast I would. Customer service outstanding.

  We had our front doors replaced well over 4 years ago. Just beautiful, but within a couple of months, the sealant started to bubble and flake off. Called them and reported it. Sent pictures, etc. Finally someone came out and agreed they needed to go back to the factory. It was almost 4 months before they came out and replaced them. The stain didn't exactly match the original frame, but we were willing to live with that. Less than two months later, the same thing happened again. The third set did no better, so SDW ordered another pair, stained them in house, and brought them out and installed them. It’s been over 4 years, and they are still beautiful!! Thank you SDW for not giving up until it was right!!

  Called to get an estimate on door purchase and installation. Was told by Robert that he would email me some information and have someone call me to set up a time they could come to my house and assess the project. I never received an email, which is fine. No big deal. The next day someone called to schedule the estimate appt. I explained that my husband and I work 8-5 jobs and could have someone come by after 5 any day of the week or anytime on weekend. Apparently, their installers won't work after 3 and they don't work on weekends. So if you're a normal working citizen, don't use this company unless you plan on losing money at work to spend money with their company. That's crazy business if you ask me. I will gladly take my business elsewhere!
