He is a very good communicator and described the potential issues in clear language and the potential problems and costs up front. He was diligent in solving the problem even after encountering multiple puzzling issues. He's a straightshooter and I highly recommend him.

One of the replacement parts was going to be super expensive, so he worked to find one that was just as good but less expensive. We texted him about a concern with the humidity and he came right over and tweeted a few settings and we were good to go! He checked in on us another day to make sure we were still cool and the system was working well. We texted Matt with various questions and he was very happy to help us and answer our questions and concerns. He seems to really enjoy what he does and is happy to help the people he serves!
