- LELaDonna English1 day ago5.0The guys at Gateway care deeply about doing the job right, and it shows in the quality and precision of their work. Over the past 3 years, I've had some siding, a new patio door in the basement, a screen porch converted into a sunroom, all new windows, and a wonderful Timber Tech deck. I've been thrilled with their work. The guys always show up on time, work hard --through almost any weather, cold, wet, hot. They respect your place, keeping it as neat and clean as possible during the wok. And the never leave a mess afterward. I will always use Gateway Exteriors. You should too.

The casing was beautifully wrapped in vinyl-clad aluminum, and brick mold was expertly mitered around it. It wasn't the easiest window to access on the outside, or so I thought. They made it look easy. Completed on time and at the agreed price. Perfection!

My husband filled out the online information for someone to contact him to schedule an estimate. After several attempts to reach someone, over a period of a couple of weeks, he was finally able to speak with one of the owners who indicated he would pass our request for an estimate to his partner and that the partner would be responding. Well, it's now over 3 weeks since our original attempt to contact them and still no response about an estimate. Deeply disappointed in this lack of courtesy of this non- response. If they are too busy right now to take on another job, that is understandable, but it would be nice to get a return call just to convey that information. We have moved on to another company who responded immediately and scheduled an estimate within a week. We don't like to give poor reviews, but this is not acceptable. Sorry Gateway, but the facts are the facts.
