  We contacted Baker Floor about replacing the carpet on the stairway in one of our rental properties after a tenant with a pet moved out. We needed the job completed as quickly as possible so we could get the unit ready to re-rent. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Rachel scheduled an appointment right away with Jeremiah and Isaac, who came out promptly to take measurements. I then stopped by the showroom, where Rachel helped me choose an in-stock carpet that fit our needs perfectly. Just a few hours later, Rachel called with our estimate and was able to schedule installation for the very next day. The entire process was fast, efficient, and stress-free. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. Their communication was excellent, and they made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. I highly recommend Baker Floor and will definitely use them again for future flooring needs.

  Did fantastic work on my new place. The flooring turn out better than expected. Very professional and would highly recommend the laminate vintage line they have with Mohawk brand. Super happy with the look.
