Austin was able to seal it and walked through the whole basement to ensure there were no other issues. He even marked other minor cracks that I had not noticed yet and said they’d be happy to come back out if those areas start leaking too. He was so kind and knowledgeable. I’m very appreciative of the amazing work. I would recommend Quality Waterproofing to anyone in need of their service! Thank you so much for your help!

So nice to know that there are honest people and companies out there that will give you honest advice. Ours was a "wait and see" approach. If we continue to have problems, I will DEFINITELY be reaching out the Quality! Their prices were very competitive and again, the honest approach goes a long way in my book!
