  Drake Johnson and Owen Watson did an excellent job on our repair. Drake kept me in the loop on the schedule. Anytime there was a questions, they didn't hesitate to ask. When all was said and done, they walked us through the project and shared what to expect going forward. This dynamic duo did a great job on our repair.

  We needed a crack repaired in our basement and Greg did a great job explaining the process to me and kept everything super clean in our house. Would recommend!

  Andrew came to give us his opinion of the state of our foundation because the buyers of our home were requesting it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain his conclusions. He graciously followed up with an email summary which I needed, and I appreciated the detail in which it was written. Because of my experience with Andrew, I have a very favorable opinion of Quality Waterproofing.

  Disappointed with the work quality and overall experience. The initial installation was not done correctly, which required multiple follow-up visits to address basic issues. While I appreciate the crew attempting to resolve things, the repeated mistakes and lack of attention to detail were frustrating to deal with. I would recommend looking elsewhere for drainage work to save yourself the stress of back-and-forth corrections

  I do not take the time to write many reviews, but Quality Waterproofing deserves one. Eric, their sales representative, came to my house and was extremely helpful. He took the time to understand the issue, gave me a lot of valuable advice, and never made me feel pressured. I also spoke with several other people at the company. One of them was Jon, their fleet manager, regarding a completely separate situation, and he was also incredibly kind and helpful. What impressed me most was that Tony, the president of the company, personally came to my house to help further evaluate a very challenging situation. That says a lot about how this company operates and how seriously they take their customers. I run my own companies at a very high level, and I have high expectations when it comes to service, communication, and follow-through. I do not come across many companies that operate at the level I expect, but Quality Waterproofing does. My time is extremely valuable to me, which is exactly why I wanted to take the time to write this review. They earned it. I highly recommend Quality Waterproofing.
