  I was thoroughly impressed with the work Wayne did for me. I'm a new homeowner and my furnace was a mess! He made sure it has all the right parts and everything works as it should. I have peace of mind knowing he checked everything. Customer service is A+. I highly recommend Menke! And, BTW, Wayne is a nice guy.👍

  Menke Heating and Cooling is a reliable, high quality company!! They are consistent and always on time when we've called and set up appts for our struggling air conditioners. They have done a great job working with us to find the best, most economical solutions to our air problems. Wayne and Cindy are so friendly too, really appreciate their top-level, professional services!

  While the technician was nice and spoke to me about the issue, from the start Cindy seemed unprofessional. I was notified that there was no time to come to my home today and it would be tomorrow. I left it at that. My minor kids (14 and 11) called to tell me that the technician was there in the home fixing the unit. I was not notified, and upset that a complete stranger was in the home with my kids. I was on the my way home, and when I got there I explained to the tech why I was upset. He had thought I was notified and that it was fine. Cindy texted me again and said, " I am sorry I thought you wanted this to be taken care of." While I appreciate being squeezed in when we didnt think we would, I explained not being notified so we could make arrangements to be there and being in the home with my children upset me. The customer service side was unprofessional.
