  Cameron did a great job fixing my AC. He found a problem that the two previous people didn’t, and stayed late into a Friday to fix it so I wouldn’t have to go the entire weekend sweating. I’m so thankful for him.

  I knew of this company prior but also coincidentally my home warranty company sent me through them when I filed claim. Have heard great things about them and now experienced it is well. Donna who scheduled me was an angel. And Nate helped as well. Techs were great. Appreciate everything. Thank you!

  No problem, Heating And Cooling was assigned by our home warranty company to diagnose/give estimate on repairs for my furnace that caught fire. Casey was nice in explaining that because of the fire the entire system would likely need to be replaced to include the coils and air conditioner along with the furnace. He also said it was rare to have a fire in a furnace like this, and he doubted the home warranty company would cover it. He then wrote up an estimate to replace the whole system and offered financing. I felt like he was pushing me to go forward with replacing the entire system, without waiting for confirmation from the home warranty company that they would deny the claim. For the next week when checking in with the home warranty company, I was told that they were waiting for more documentation from no problem Heating And Cooling. According to the home warranty company, there was a specific question on the form asking “cause of fire“ that was left blank, and they could not move forward on the claim until that form was completed fully and resubmitted. I then Called no problem Heating And Cooling and was advised that they did not know the cause of the fire and they could not complete that portion of the form. For Three weeks I tried to get no problem, healing And Cooling and my warranty company to figure this out and they never did. Finally, my home warranty company reassigned Budget Heating And Cooling to come out and they were immediately able to diagnose what caused the fire and complete and submit the paperwork properly to my warranty company. They also gave me a quote for Full replacement which was nearly $2000 less than no problems estimate. After waiting four weeks with no heat or AC It was finally determined that the furnace was covered under the warranty. How much was covered is another story. To close this review, No problem heating failed to perform full diagnostic as requested by home warranty company, Failed to complete forms Fully for home warranty company, Failed to correct this problem when requested by home warranty company, was wrong in believing the Home warranty company would not cover an issue And gave an estimate that was Substantially higher than two other estimate I got.
