  Worst service ever!!! Do NOT use them! Casey did not fill out form properly or specifically or completely at all. Ryan and the receptionist make excuses, lie, do not call back or let phone calls go to voicemail and make promises they do not keep. All this instead of actually honestly running their business to handle home warranty work. Feels like they are in cahoots with home warranty company. Waste of time and they should be ashamed of their sham service.

  I called No Problem Heating and Cooling about a tune up on my air conditioner they were able to come out the next day. Casey & younger man in training showed up on time & went right to work cleaned my furnace & made sure everything was working properly then they did the same with my air conditioner. Casey explained everything perfectly & was very professional didn't try & sell me anything I didn't need my system is 15 years old & when I do have a problem or decide to replace my system No Problem Heating and Cooling will be the first company I will call.

  I cannot say enough good things about NPC and their team. Cameron (absolute GOAT) came out to my 🏡 on a AHS warranty claim, but Much like others, I got screwed over by my AHS home warranty right when I needed them. After AHS literally made up a reason not to cover my failed/aged system (they are a complete scam, do not recommend), I followed up with NPC to go ahead and get my AC and furnace fully replaced. Cameron had left me some quotes and did a thorough review of my current system. I had been researching getting full replacement for 2-4 years nursing our old 25 year old system and R22 will be gone, so I already had confirmed this was a reasonable quote for what we needed. He was able to book the full install THE NEXT DAY from when I confirmed the quote with him. Had the team out here a full day and now I have functioning AC (and a new furnace)! THANK YOU to all your office staff and my install crew! I look forward to seeing y'all for maintenance!

  No Problem Heating and Cooling provided exceptional service. I had my A/C unit inspected for summer use. I had a few repairs completed. Im very pleased with the service provided by this company. They show up on time. They photograph everything before and after repair. They give me an estimate up front and advice on immediate needs of the unit . Things that can wait but will eventually need to be done. I like this so I know what to expect. Prevention is best. My technician gave me the repair cost up front. No hidden fees. They also have a membership program you can join for discounts on service. Any questions I have asked were answered with knowledgeable answers. Very professional. My technician was Casey. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional . Being a senior customer this is important. I highly recommend this company. I highly highly recommend Casey. I cannot say enough about No Problem Heating and Cooling. Great job Casey. Thank you

  Technician Cory is the least professional man I have ever dealt with in my entirety. He flat out lied to my face multiple times and when I called him out on it he said “I have no reason to lie to you, ma’am.” I asked him to leave because I do not trust a word he says. I have caught him in several lies and he then runs off to call someone in his office to consult. I have cameras all around my house— don’t think for a second I did not go back and listen to all conversations and check to see what work was being accomplished. I verified he did none of the work I’m sure he is paid very well to do. As a wife of an enlisted Marine, I have to make a lot of decisions without the input of my husband. Many times he told me I should go “ask my husband” assuming I am not a contributing member of my home and incapable of large scale decisions. I am so disgusted by the dishonest behavior Cory has presented the multiple times I’ve dealt with him. I will not allow that sorry excuse for a man to come back to my home.
