  It was great doing business with No Problem Heating and Cooling. They are prompt, professional and polite in the phone. We had a major repair needed and they came quickly and gave their opinion and our options for repairs needed. After reviewing the bids we had from other competitors, we chose No problem Heating and Cooling to replace our HVAC system in our home. The installation was done in a timely manner and everything was professional throughout the entire process. The details for our new efficient unit was explained and all of our questions answered. I recommend No Problem Heating and Cooling for any major or minor repairs needed.

  The team at no problem heating and cooling did an excellent job installing my new Mitsubishi mini split from start to finish, l am very happy with the completed project and the way everything was handled and the communication was above and beyond great. I would definitely use them again and refer them to all my friends and family. Thanks again for doing a great job. I will be using them from here on out for all my HVAC needs.

  No Problem Heating and Cooling told me that my current system wasn’t in good shape and that replacement would be the better option. They said even if I went with a repair, I’d still be paying a little over $1,000 out of pocket, after my home warranty coverage. I decided to get a second opinion and I’m very glad I did. The other technician found it was actually a minor issue, fixed it without any major additional cost, and my AC is now running perfectly. Based on my experience, the original assessment felt very misleading. I’d strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to an expensive repair or replacement.

  We had a great experience with No Problem Heating and Cooling! My AC went out, and they were able to get me scheduled quickly after I called. They came out, figured out what was wrong, and explained my options without being pushy about selling me anything. I ended up repairing my current AC but when it’s time to replace it, I’ll definitely be calling No Problem again. They also told me about their air purification systems, and with my allergies, I decided to have one installed. I’m really looking forward to having cleaner air in the house. Thanks for everything! Great service, honest recommendations, and super easy to work with. I definitely recommend No Problem!

  My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. When our AC unit failed, we were told the entire system needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the problems only multiplied after the installation. During the replacement, the technicians turned off our water heater and failed to reconnect it before leaving. As a result, they had to return the following day just to correct that oversight. The very next week, the blower on the newly installed unit failed and had to be replaced as well. While addressing that issue, we informed the technician that the thermostat was still displaying an error message. Rather than properly investigating the problem, we were told it was “no big deal,” and the technician left. The AC system still was not functioning correctly, forcing us to contact the company yet again and schedule another service visit. At this point, this company has been to my home seven separate times because of incomplete work, poor workmanship, or issues that should have been resolved during previous visits. What should have been a straightforward AC replacement turned into weeks of frustration, inconvenience, and repeated service calls. I rarely leave reviews because I understand that mistakes can happen and everyone has an off day. However, the pattern of problems, lack of attention to detail, and failure to resolve issues the first time make it impossible for me to recommend this company. Whether the problem is incompetence, lack of quality control, or simply a lack of concern for their customers, the result has been the same: unacceptable service. If you are considering hiring this company, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Save yourself the time, stress, and endless headaches that my family has experienced.
