  We have 3 year old unit (Hvac) that we had completely replaced with a new unit. After a 329.00 sevice charge to find the leak, and be informed that he can't find a replacement part. He wouldn't top off the refrigerant so I can at least run my air conditioning. The technician left my residence with no eta, of when the part would be in, or when my a/c would be operational, or when I could get it fixed. I haven't heard anything from Pascal Heating and Air office ,regarding this issue yet, after spending almost $10,000 on a new a/c unit, three years ago. I was told by the technician, that if a A coil can't be located for my Hvac unit, that they would have to replace the whole 3 year old unit, because of refrigerant changes on the new units. This is going to cost an additional 8,000 to do so. I have a 10 year parts warranty on the unit that I now have, that is no longer good, A 1 year labor warranty which has expired. The technician told me it would cost 8,000 in labor to replace the 3 year old a/c unit that I now have. If I were you, i would reconsider a going with a different company. If they do business like this. It just shows me that its all about the money, and not the customer, or customer satisfaction!
