  I had a very positive experience with Mapco. The project manager was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure everything went according to plan. The workers were respectful and the work shows their professionalism. I would recommend them for roofing needs.

  We actually only came to use this company originally because we were meeting with a real estate agent to sell our house and we had a couple loose shingles. She mentioned that she's got a guy she uses if we didn't already know anybody. Within days not only did she contact her guy, but John Paul was already on the roof looking into the situation. When he came back down, he mentioned that he saw hail damage, and was able to trace it back to the last big hail storm in our area which was May 2025. As we were just under a year from that storm, we contacted our insurance company. When they sent an adjuster to come investigate our claim, John Paul took the time to also come back so he could meet with the adjuster to be able to show him everything he saw, as well as help be here as an advocate for us if the adjuster didn't agree with his findings. Thankfully he did, and we started the process of getting a new roof and a partial house of siding. John Paul worked with us through every step of the process of what came next, and to say he was super communicative through the process is a massive understatement. He was available for every call or text, and also even came over to meet in person multiple times as well. We got on the schedule pretty quickly, and install day came. The crew that replaced our roof was just as amazing as John Paul! As great as the entire process was, there were three specific things that realy stood out to me. First, during the install the noise inside the house was not as loud as I had remembered from our last roof job many years ago. I was even able to make a few work calls while they were up there working. I don't know how they did it, but the noise level was much appreciated by our dog, too! Secondly, while multiple different people stopped by throughout the day to bring supplies or for various other reasons, it was extra awesome to see the ladies that pulled up at lunch time with lunches for the entire crew to make sure the hard working guys were well taken care of. The last thing that stood out to me was when I walked the yard after they were gone. I picked up just 2 or 3 tiny pieces of plastic wrap. There was far more debris in my yard from my neighbors roofing job with a different company last month than these couple tiny pieces. And of course, then John Paul came and not only inspected the work, but also walked the yard to clean up again. He even took the time and attention to detail to wipe down our skylights, both inside and out. With how wonderful the roof process was, I can't wait to get started on the siding! The only downside is that they've done such a great job, now we don't want to move! While it'll be extra difficult to leave now, when the time comes to move out, we don't worry because no matter what house we buy next we'll DEFINITELY be contacting John Paul for anything we need! What started out as a random recommendation has proven to be a wonderful blessing from God every step of the way! Huge thank you's John Paul and crew, from a customer for life! I absolutely recommend MAPCO for any project you might have, and only wish I could've given 10 stars!

  Ryan was very helpful with the whole process of getting our roof replaced. He made multiple trips out when dealing with the insurance company, providing samples, steering us to homes to see different options, and hands on the day the roof was installed. We really appreciated his willingness to help us out. Thanks again for everything.
