  What separates companies for me is their responsiveness and their ability to walk me through technical situations in a language that I could easily understand. The technician Noah did an excellent job walking me my 80 year old father through each issue inside and outside of the house. And Hunter, the project manager came out to explain potential options based on the diagnosis of a 21 year old HVAC system. Responsiveness, it is, the holiday weekend and we called on Saturday expecting not to get a call back or at least not hearing anything until Tuesday. Nope they answered and came out on Sunday. We have some decisions to make. I typically I would get 2 or 3 quotes but based on my encounter today, there is only one choice if we make the big decision Jerry Kelly is it!

  Had to make an emergency call when our ac decided to play a little game of red light green light during a heat wave. 105°F heat index and the cool air was not cooperating. Called Jerry Kelly and they had someone on the way within the hour and arrived under an hour. James, our tech, was the best person we could've asked for. He listened to the symptoms, started running his process of things to check, kept us informed through the steps and was able to get us going again. If all tradesmen were like him, the world would be a happier place. Can't say enough good things about him and the work he performed. We also had a new water heater installed about 8 months ago with Jerry Kelly and the tech for that job (can't remember his name now) was also of the same caliber. So far, nothing but good things to say about the company and the people they employ with the experiences we've had.

  It is very rare now days to have a company and there employee take such an interest and be so caring. From the first call to office on Sunday late afternoon (and so sorry I couldn’t remember her name) to Jonathan the technician it was an experience we will never forget. After calling the company Jonathan was here in about 20 minutes, he checked out our ac unit and gave us a complete diagnosis as to how our unit is operating and that at this time we were good to go. Because our problem started originally with a breaker problem not only did he complete his diagnosis but also set up an appointment for his electrical team to come out the next day to inspect our electrical panel. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them not only for any problems that may come up but will schedule them for fall and summer inspection. Thank you Jonathan and everyone at Jerry Kelly for everything

  Dedrick T. with Jerry Kelly provided outstanding service when he came out on a very hot day to repair our AC unit. He was professional, courteous, and worked quickly to get everything back up and running. What really stood out was how thoroughly he explained the process. He walked me through each step of the diagnosis and repair, making sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. There were no surprises when it came time to pay—I was charged exactly the price that was quoted, with no hidden fees, and he provided a complete breakdown of the service performed. I greatly appreciate the honesty, transparency, and professionalism. Most importantly, our AC is working perfectly again. I would highly recommend Dedrick T. and Jerry Kelly to anyone needing HVAC service.

  This place is ridiculous. The technicians that came out were nice and informative enough, but the company is not good. I bought an AC from them 5 years ago and it has broken the last two summers. Yes, the warranty covers parts but they charge a $98 fee to come out too. This breakage was both the start/stop and the compressor - Wild it breaks within 5 years, especially for such an expensive unit. The technicians had no clue how long it would take to order a new compressor and told me their manager would call with estimates. I didn't recieve a call, so I called the office. The guy answered and told me "ya it was ordered today, but I don't know when it will be in and have no estimated time for you. I'll have the manager call you first thing in the morning." Well, its almost 10 am and no call so my wife called them. The part won't be in for repair until Friday. That's awful communication and a company this big doesn't carry a major part for an airconditioner??? That will be 4-5 days of no air conditioning in the summer and poor communication from the company. On top of charging a fee for coming out and literally using a hammer on the air conditioner unit to try to fix it.
