Nick’s team was great to work with. They were extremely polite and professional in every sense of the word. And Nick was on sight, working with his team. I definitely recommend using him.

Nick poured a new concrete patio for me. He knew from the beginning of the project the concrete was for a hot tub (had to get hot tub permit). He put too much tilt in the concrete such that the hot tub water level is below the jets on one side. When confronted about this Nick doesn't respond. I paid Nick the full cost of the project and he said if there were issues he would address. There is a solution for $1,500 but Nick isn't responding to my calls or text. Unfortunately, Nick's word isn't worth anything. I would not use Nick Welby / Welby Outdoor again and I don't recommend others use him either.

Nick does great work. We had him do our sod, landscaping, fence and our railings on our new home. Solid work, powerwashed and clean road driveway after each task to make sure he wasn’t leaving a dirty site! He even power washed and sealed our patios. He is a one stop shop when it comes to exterior needs! Definitely recommend
