  Nick’s team was great to work with. They were extremely polite and professional in every sense of the word. And Nick was on sight, working with his team. I definitely recommend using him.

  Nick poured a new concrete patio for me. He knew from the beginning of the project the concrete was for a hot tub (had to get hot tub permit). He put too much tilt in the concrete such that the hot tub water level is below the jets on one side. When confronted about this Nick doesn't respond. I paid Nick the full cost of the project and he said if there were issues he would address. There is a solution for $1,500 but Nick isn't responding to my calls or text. Unfortunately, Nick's word isn't worth anything. I would not use Nick Welby / Welby Outdoor again and I don't recommend others use him either.

  Nick and the team at Welby Outdoor did an excellent job on my new patio and flower bed! Communication was easy and they cleaned everything up on the final day so that I didn’t have to lift a finger! 5 stars!

  I’ve worked with Nick on many projects over the years and will always recommend him to anyone that needs any sort of outdoor work done. He’s honest, straight forward, will give you the best deal he can and the quality is unmatched! Thank you so much for everything, excited for future projects!
