Most importantly, I was working under a tight deadline because the sale of my home was about to close. The entire staff, from administration to the tradespeople, was phenomenal. I recommend Superior to anyone who needs sewer or plumbing services.

I paid for a sewer line camera inspection and was initially refused access to the video/report unless I signed a liability waiver *after* the work had already been completed and paid for. The waiver stated that I would release the company from liability related to hydro-jetting risks, including property damage or personal injury. This was never properly explained before payment, and I do not believe customers should be pressured into signing legal waivers afterward just to receive documentation they already paid for. After I called and complained, the representative eventually released the video footage, but still stated it was “company policy” not to provide the report unless I signed the form. That raised serious concerns for me about transparency and business practices. If you value honesty, upfront communication, and actually receiving what you paid for, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. My experience left me feeling completely misled and taken advantage of.
