Frank arrived well within the window and called to say he was on his way. Our dog Cash is a good judge of character and definitely approved of Frank. Fast quote following the diagnostic visit. What impressed me the most was that Darren took the time to confirm an aftermarket motor was compatible saving us some money from the original quote. Expected installation on Monday and we should be ready for whatever the St.Louis weather throws us during October

Is the technician that came out, he is nice, polite and did an excellent job fixing my AC unit in about 1/2 and hour. He figured out it was the capacitor in just a few minutes and had it fixed quickly and had me test it just to make sure. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. I will definitely call them if I need more help with my heating or cooling needs.
