  Paul did a nice job explaining the new system, options, and price. When it came to installation Craig and Kenan went right to work with tear down of the old unit. Once that was complete, they jumped right into installation of the new system. They both tackled their respective parts of the equipment and completed the installation. At the end, they both explained aspects of the new system. They were both professional, experienced, and efficient. Also, they offer a three week follow up visit to confirm equipment installation was done correctly and that there are no problems. The old system was removed and taken away once they were finished.

  Your service is excellent. The technician was on time, friendly and very thorough. The service was for general maintenance but he found a matter that needed attention, took pictures and explained the remedy in detail. Your customer service is fantastic.

  My experience with Meyer has been fantastic. Very prompt and professional. Diagnosed the problem, and gave me a reasonable quote to get it fixed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  I initially had a great experience with Meyer. We replaced our entire HVAC system and the process was great. The techs were knowledgeable and helpful. They seemed like a genuinely solid small business. Unfortunately, that experience did not last. After spending upwards of $14,000 with them for a new system, I had an AC compressor fail within a couple years. The parts were covered under warranty (as they should be) but I was not aware that I would need to spend an additional $1,000+ for labor. I understand that labor isn't free, but this was essentially a new AC unit. And it was due to me unknowingly opting out of the $250/yr maintenance plan. After speaking with the owner, it was made clear that they do not stand by the products they sell. So, that's when fees start to pile up. $100+ for a visit here. $200+ for a visit there. All while I have a 5 week old newborn in the middle of summer and my new AC system is going out. I asked for some goodwill towards my situation (at this point, just the service fees) as most would do. None was given. Now, I'm locked into another "subscription" and spending thousands of dollars to repair a brand new system. A reminder that the "small business" halo is now a thing of the past. We all know these companies will squeeze every dollar they can from you, and unfortunately, Meyer is no different.
