- TMThomas Minda6 days ago1.0I bought a brand new heating and cooling system this past January. They installed this during a Missouri cold blast and stated that they gave it there best, but being so cold 70% is good for this weather….: months later they had to come back and fix a manufacturing part. Two days later fixed, but maybe not. Called this morning, Saturday…. Not business hours, but the don’t hold hours because either does air…. Their website.:::::: they wanted to charge me 200 plus for a weekend call. Mike in the office was not supported at all: said my decision not to pay and this is a business partner issue. Not even a year old and have had them out four plus times. This is a joke: 24/7 service. Only when they have the time.
