Zach and team mean business... The did not come to play, this project left me in awe. I had a small ugly patio surrounded by a nasty rock bed full of weeds. The guys came and demolished that thang, FAST! As the project was nearing completion I was getting nervous about the mess the large equipment “appeared” to make, I never express this to the guys nor did I have to... clean up was amazing, they planted new grass seeds and covered with hay, washed down my driveway and had everything in tip top shape. The team was so very professional and friendly, I was ready and willing to open my home for restroom breaks and offer drinks. However they guys never bothered me, went to the service stations for breaks and never needed my beverages lol. They were PREPARED. I get so many compliments on my lovely stamped patio. I would absolutely recommend then and do business with them again in a heartbeat!
Flooding typically results from inadequate grading, compacted soil conditions, or depressed areas that block proper water drainage. Water accumulates when your yard's slope directs runoff toward your home rather than away from it. St. Louis properties face this issue more frequently due to clay-rich soil, which has poor water absorption characteristics.
How do I fix standing water in my yard?
The appropriate solution varies based on the underlying cause, but typical remedies include:
Regrading your yard to channel water away from structures
Installing French drains or catch basins
Filling low-lying areas with additional topsoil
Professional assessment ensures water is properly redirected rather than simply transferred to another problematic location.
Do I need a French drain or grading?
The answer depends on your specific situation:
Grading addresses surface drainage and slope problems
French drains manage subsurface water or ongoing pooling issues
Most sites require both methods working together to achieve a complete, lasting solution rather than a short-term remedy.
How much does a French drain cost?
Concrete resurfacing is among our most requested restoration services. We apply a fresh layer over your existing concrete to:
Enhance visual appearance
Conceal cracks or staining
Prolong the surface's functional life
This approach works well for driveways, patios, and walkways.
Do I need a permit for demolition in St. Louis?
Permits are required in most situations, particularly for structural demolition projects. This permitting process confirms that work complies with local safety standards and zoning regulations. Professional demolition contractors generally manage the entire permit process on your behalf.
Can you handle my project from demolition through site prep and concrete installation?
Yes. Our services cover the complete scope, including demolition, excavation, grading, drainage solutions, and concrete installation. Managing all phases internally allows us to maintain your project timeline and ensure proper execution at every stage.
