  I’m really Disappointed in about this organization. There was a simple fix that I did myself. The New $15,000 Thousand installed units have collected a lot of Dirt on Condensers and can’t get any service until September. Got my Money and now this.

  I live at 1149 lemay manor 63125. A man named Tom Wright, 27 yrs old. I hope I got his name right. Wenesday June 16th from 8 to 1 . Put a new Hot Water tank worked his bunns off. He did such a good job and was a Gentleman on top of all that. He had to fix the worst rigged Job ever. He does EXCELLENT work! Would recommend him and his Company anytime! Thanks again.   I’ve had Classic Aire put in a 3rd floor unit years ago and they did a fantastic job with a high quality unit. So they had a good reputation walking in. Yesterday John really helped us out with a small disaster we had in the basement with our 29+ year old AC. John diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly and economically. He then took great care in explaining how to prevent again. We were so impressed we set up a bi annual service contract. Couldn’t get a good picture inside so took one outside:

  Wow! Already being at a loss, as the brand new $30k hvac system we had installed last year is not working properly, this experience with Classic Aire Care is insult to injury. To clarify, Classic Aire was not the original contractor who installed the system. I called them to be a respected third party set of eyes, and possibly hire them to be our routine maintenance solution moving forward, as I am losing trust with the original contractor. Patrick showed up on time but hammered on our door like he was the Police. He seemed either agitated or angry from the get. After several curt impersonal exchanges and about 2 hours of trouble shooting . He summoned me upstairs to frantically tell me they would be waving the $300 (I was quoted closer to $100 on the phone) fee to evaluate our system, and refusing any work on it. He seemed to have identified a specific issue and explained it to me in layman’s terms as best he could and told me it would be in his report. He then left in a hurry. Before I received a detailed report I got a form text to be sure and leave Patrick a 5 star review, I’d leave zero stars if I could. We did end up getting a report but the only thing on it were two useless photos and a one sentence description of the “problem”. It is surprising at the level of unprofessional conduct on display from this technician and his manager. I am a maintenance lead managing 5 large facilities that uses Classic Aire Care at all our sites. I am beginning to question that relationship.

  Vince with Classic Aire Care provided exceptional same day service when I called about water leaking from my HVAC system. He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the cause of the leak and efficiently completed the repair. He even added a hose clamp to prevent future leaks. I was impressed with Vince's attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. He answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was running properly before he left. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. He didn’t even seem to mind my crazy dogs barking at him 90% of the time! It was refreshing to work with someone who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about his work and customer satisfaction. Thanks to Vince, my system is running properly again, and no more wet basement floor! I highly recommend Vince and will definitely request him again in the future!!
