We know you’ve seen them before; we have too! That’s right, a family of penguins traveling around St. Louis. No I’m not talking about penguins crossing the street or the penguins at the St. Louis Zoo; I’m talking about the Classic Aire Care vans!
Classic Aire Care’s van with the family of penguins is easily one of the most recognizable vehicles in St. Louis. With over 60 vans and trucks on all of St. Louis’ highways, the brightly colored orange and yellow vehicles are hard to miss. From all angles, our penguins are displayed proudly.
In addition to the penguins, our vans display the names of our legacy companies. Our family of companies include Ryan Heating, Donahue Heating and Air Conditioning, Schneider Services and South County Heating and Air Conditioning, now all part of the Classic Aire Care family. The orange and yellow as well as the penguin family are important to show our customers that our company operates under one umbrella and one management team.
Other than just being a cute mother penguin and her two babies, this penguin family is one of the first things any other driver sees and speaks volumes as to what Classic Aire Care is all about; family.
Just like the family of penguins, Classic Aire Care is a locally owned, family owned company. We choose to operate our business under the values in which we feel any family should operate; with trust, honesty, respect and communication. In addition to family, the Classic Aire Care penguins represent the level of service we hope to give every one of our customers. Most of the 17 penguin species thrive in cool climates. Although some are comfortable in temperatures warmer than Antarctica, all penguins rely on certain conditions to keep them comfortable. Just like penguins, we are most comfortable when our home’s temperatures and conditions are just right. Making sure your home remains comfortable is exactly our job!

He understood our concern and made sure our unit was working correctly and gave us some tips going forward. Troy was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly to speak with and we will be happy to request him should we need service in the future!
- MOManuel Olvera1 day ago1.0If you have a sewer lateral issue this is not the company to go with. Camera footage is terrible. Plus their techs have no clue what they are doing. Will tell you one thing and then not do it all. Charge you for cabling before running camera and not actually do it. When brought up to them they play it off and say they did. When they didn’t and would not give a refund on it. Just played the run around game. Notes from plumber were terrible, basically no information given. If you’re planning on using this company for any plumbing services . Please save your money. Go with a plumbing that actually knows what they’re doing. Had to pay different plumbing company to come out and camera it again.

The technician arrived right on time, conducted a thorough inspection of my system, and cleaned everything perfectly. They even gave me helpful tips to keep my unit running efficiently through the upcoming season. The entire process was professional, clean, and completely stress-free. My HVAC system is running smoothly, and I feel confident knowing it is in peak condition. I will definitely use them again!
- KDKeith DobbsMay 7, 20265.0Bryce B was very professional and understanding concerning my A/C system. Bryce asks how old the system was and I answered appropriately 10 years. Well, it was 20 years, Wow how time flies. The conclusion of the service came to two capacitors, one on the outside and one on the inside had failed testing. Approved both capacitors to be replaced. On this day it was somewhat cold to test the freon level. I would recommend Bryce B as your HVAC technician.
- SFSajeena FirozApr 28, 20262.0It was disappointing experience with classic, my husband was struggling to deal with them for the heat kit issue. They came and did the inspection and charged 120 bucks. Given estimates to replace with wrong kw heat kit and a huge estimate to replace the whole system. My husband was keep contacting them to know why they are asking to replace with wrong heat kit but they says will call back. He tried 5-6 times but nobody calls. Later we found another company and they came and did inspections again and fix the issue after spending few hours and now we are good. See how unprofessional the classic air company. We need to refund for the money we spent for nothing. I am going to spread my word to 100 plus families in our community in St. Louis area if they not calling me back. Very disappointing experience with a company who interested only for marketing and not showing professionalism.
