Everyone on the team was excellent relative to knowledge and communication. Special thanks to Blake Zimmer, who went above & beyond to make sure our experience was both hassle and stress free. He was there before, during and after, ensuring the debris was incrementally picked up, nails were removed from the driveway, patio etc. From meeting with our insurance adjusters, explaining the bid, to final walkthrough, he was always responsive and available. There are so many roofing and exterior companies to choose from and for us supporting one that is locally owned & operated made the experience even more rewarding.
- RHRoger HorromAug 9, 20265.0The entire experience was very professional, the work crew spent 14 hours making sure the job was completed and done to the highest level of quality, the various Big Bear members Logan, Tom, Brett, and Jackson kept me informed from the very beginning to the upcoming end of this entire process. The result is a very good looking, and much improved roof. The need to replace the entire roof sheathing caused the price to go up, but was needed to do the job right. Thanks to Jose and the entire work crew for going above and beyond what many could not be able to do to complete the job in one day.
