  5 Stars – Outstanding Quality, Fair Pricing, and Excellent Service! I can’t say enough great things about Big Bear Roofing! I’ve used them for multiple projects over the years, and they continue to exceed my expectations. Their quality of work, fair pricing, and customer service are second to none. A couple of years ago, Big Bear replaced my roof, and the entire experience was fantastic. They worked directly with my insurance company, handled everything from start to finish, and made the process completely stress-free for me. The quality of the work was excellent, and the price was extremely fair. More recently, I hired them to replace my gutters and repair a section of siding. What really impressed me was their willingness to work with me on the siding. Multiple other companies insisted that I needed to replace the siding on my entire house, but Big Bear took the time to find a practical, affordable solution that addressed exactly what I needed. They didn’t try to upsell me or push unnecessary work, which says a lot about their honesty and integrity. Their crew was incredibly professional, efficient, and hardworking. They completed both the gutter replacement and siding repair in just one day, and everything turned out great! I also heard they’ve started a new company, Big Bear Fencing, and based on my experiences with Big Bear Roofing, they would absolutely be my first call for any fencing project. I have no doubt they would bring the same excellent quality, professionalism, and fair pricing to that business as well. It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers outstanding work at reasonable prices while genuinely looking out for its customers. Big Bear has earned my trust and loyalty, and they’ll always be my first call for roofing, gutters, siding, fencing, or any other project they can help with. I would recommend Big Bear Roofing to anyone without hesitation. If you’re looking for a trustworthy company that does excellent work, treats customers right, and charges a fair price, look no further!

  I cannot say enough great things about Big Bear Roofing and the experience they provide! From start to finish, their approach was professional, informative, and refreshingly pressure-free. Dwight, our sales representative, was fantastic to work with. What really stood out was his consultative approach. Rather than trying to push a product or rush us into a decision, Dwight took the time to educate us, explain our options, and make sure we understood the benefits of each solution. He was knowledgeable, patient, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping us make the best decision for our home. It’s rare to find a company that places such a strong emphasis on customer education, honesty, and building trust rather than simply making a sale. Big Bear Roofing clearly understands that an informed customer is a confident customer. If you’re considering roofing and/or exterior work, I highly recommend giving Big Bear Roofing a call and asking for Dwight.   BBR helped us with a major project this summer and I couldn’t have asked for a better team! New siding and new roof! Dwight has excellent communication, never overbearing and always direct! His team who installed the siding was very respectful of my property! And his office staff were nothing shy of professional and prompt! 10/10 recommend!

  We hired Big Bear Roofing to install gutters on our gazebo and to replace the siding on our home. Will Berra was the salesman. He went out of his way to make both projects a success. He consulted with us several times before the jobs started, and he supervised the work every day. After the jobs were done, he came out again to spray the gutters with brown paint where the original paint got scratched off and helped to reinstall the Internet cables on the wall. Both the gutter crew and the siding crew did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, and we highly recommend them.

  They do ok work and their team made working with my insurance company very easy. That said, they left a little bubble on the front roof line and when I asked about it I was told they would fit it if it becomes a problem later. It’s also very clear this company is committed to the “Hard Sell.” They called everyday for a week, sometimes multiple times a day, after giving us their estimate. I even got emails, calls, and texts about payment when they were still dealing with the insurance company and getting the last supplemental claims ironed out. Their workers were generally careless. They left lots screws and nails in the yard and driveway (we have a 4 & 6 year old). A worker vomited in our back yard and instead of cleaning it up they covered it w glass clipping and left it for my dog to find. They left materials in my yard so long it killed a stretch of grass. Their worker Ian was a nice exception. Super friendly and competent. He did nice work.
