Unfortunately, I've had to change my review due to the office management, not the technicians who come out. Do not pay these people with checks if you don't want them waiting 2 weeks to cash them. Yes, I maybe should've been watching my account better, HOWEVER-1-I NEVER received the notice in the mail they claimed they sent me, or the voice-mail they supposedly left. I am not the type of person not to pay for a service or write bad checks knowingly. I got treated like I was lying that I never received these things... why would you let me schedule another appointment if I was delinquent? Their charges also vary depending on what tech comes out- so watch out for that. Your service charge should be the same across the board. They threaten to turn you into the prosecutor here in town, then when you try to call the phone to take care of things it is busy for 30-45 minutes. Reply to their response: FIRST OF ALL- I want to reiterate that I just now within the past week received your mail notice, and back in January I NEVER received your first mail notice. (That's if there really was one). I don't go through every single transaction in my bank account all the time, nor did I get anything in the mail from the bank. This mail issue has been addressed with the post office several times with no resolution since I moved to this location. Mail is notoriously late, or i never receive it period. SECOND of all- even if I had of gotten your voice-mail the first time (which I didn't!) I don't have 45 minutes to continuously call you guys. Get another phone line, receptionist, or maybe an answering machine since this is 2024. Also maybe cash your checks timely, since you expect payment timely. It's ok, because I'll be using somebody else from here on out. Some people are busy working to pay for sewer repairs that cost much more than insurance will reimburse. Won't be using you again, lesson learned. ✌️
