  The actual process of replacing the window took maybe an hour if so, but the process to make it happen took 3 months. Very poor communication, no heads up, no FYIs. If I wasn’t reaching out to them myself, I’m not sure when would it have been done. This completely ruined my desire to work with them in the future.

  My experience with this company have been amazing! Not only does my window look amazing, their customer care is beyond exceptional! Shout out to MISTY who took very good care of me and my family! She was phenomenal. Highly recommend them! Thanks guys!

  It’s too bad zero star isn’t an option here. They deserve no star at all! Listen to the bad reviews about this company and spare yourself from headaches and go with someone else. They are a nightmare to work with! We had two windows replaced and were assured the workmanship and fitting would be equivalent, if not better, than the original windows. Let’s just say that’s not what happened. Granted the guys were very nice. But being nice alone isn’t enough to justify the repeated attempts to make something right when in the end, you’re still left with screens not fitting right, gouges and scratches left on the window frame, and finding out that the shim they put under the screen to make it fit was just a piece of paper! Had they cut the screen right, they wouldn’t need to shim it! And the office? So unprofessional. Don’t expect a call from them to update you on anything. You have to do the calling yourself! And don’t believe when they say they’ll call you back because they never do! We regretted our decision to go with them. Wish we listened to the negative reviews here instead of giving them a chance. It was such a stupid decision on our part! It makes you wonder why they are still in business….

  For years I have been trying to find someone to fix or even come to my house to tell me what was wrong with my window. YEARS! I called Window Dudes and I had an appointment the following week. David took minutes to figure out what was wrong and had my window fixed in 30 minutes. I am so thankful for what David was able to do and will always use Window Dudes. I highly recommend them. 100 Stars is what I give you guys! Thank you.
