  John V was awesome, explained all what he was working on. I’m glad we went Reeds to do the work. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Shout out to Will as well he was awesome to work with too. Very honest and professional.

  Will the air conditioner service technician did a great job today, Wednesday, August 26, 2026. He was dispatched by John the inbound call center rep. and arrived at 8:20 a.m. and completed the repair and cleaning of the unit by 9:40 a.m. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils and once running determined that no refrigerant was needed. We are grateful for the prompt and professional service rendered by Will and John.

  This was my first time calling Reed’s and I am very pleased with their service. Sam and Will were very kind and professional. They took their time explaining the situation and giving me options. I never felt like they were pushing an agenda and I appreciated the updates they suggested for the future. I will definitely call them again!

  Jose and Alfonso did an amazing job installing a whole new HVAC system at my home. They had to re-level the pad for the AC unit and did a fantastic job! The leveler I put on it does not lie. Answered all my question and gave me solid advice on how to up keep the system. Very professional and respectful hard working men. Would hire them again!

  Reed's Plumbing and Air provided fantastic service for me today. I had a water stream spraying all over the master bath counter, wall, and like a waterfall to the floor. A real mess! A water faucet at the bathroom sink broke this morning with water spewing all over. I could not get the cutoff valve to turn, so I had a real mess. Stuck a needle nose screwdriver in the geyser of water and packed it to create a stream into the sink, and called Reed's. Drew H. arrived quickly and turned off the water. Then replaced the faucets and drain, and went above and beyond to recalk around the sink, and clean up all the mess. A very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. I really appreciated all he did to fix "my mess" so quickly and professionally. I definitely would call Reed's again, and would highly recommend their service. I really appreciated Drew H. answering all my questions. When I called Reed's this morning, I was informed that they were doing free air conditioner checks. Thought I would take advantage of this service as well due to the extremely high temperatures we have been enduring and the way my AC had been running almost continually. Trey came out quickly, cleaned my AC and tested and found it was low on coolant. He replaced coolant, and the AC is working much more efficiently. This should help my utility bill as well as helping to keep the house cooler. Thank you, Reed's! I appreciate all the help I received today. Blessings on Drew H. and Trey-they really helped this retired teacher.
