  Mad City was a great company to deal with from start to finish. Our installer, Stephen was exceptional. Our only complaint is the cost. We had to go with the very basics. White, chrome, no shower doors and no seat. Other than that, they're a good, honest company to deal with.

  We had Jesse P. and Myhailo A. install two windows for us today. They were very professional, courteous, informative and friendly while doing their jobs here. We think they should be highly recognized for this. When we have the remainder of our windows put in by Mad City, we would request to have them both again, if your company’s scheduling can make that happen. By the way, we love our two new windows!!

  “Professional” is the word that best describes MC and everyone I had contact with through the process.Installers Jessee and Seth are the real deal. It is not enough for them to get it done, but it has to be done right. The respect shown to me and my property was humbling. Thank you Jessee and Seth for making this experience one that will keep me coming back to Mad City. Windows next?

  My experience with Mad City from a month or two ago was great from start to finish. As I was getting quotes, I had Mad City's sales rep Cody (didn't get his last name, but he drove a jeep and has a hunting channel on YouTube,) and he was very helpful and explained everything patiently and thoroughly. Before he left and before I had gotten 3 other scheduled quotes that week, I was sold on what he was selling! He was an over all solid a respectful guy that I'd do business again for sure. I don't remember the second guy's name who came out for final measurements, but he was just as helpful and helped me fine tune what I was wanting based on he 20 plus years of experience of doing contract work himself. And the final contractor that did the installation, Stephen, was awesome at what he did and took the time to explain things as he went just because I was curious in the actual process. Stephen impressed me with the pride he took in his work (I would even say craftsmanship be he was that good.) If anyone was looking for great service from start to finish, I'd definitely recommend you do business with all three of these talented members of Mad City. My only regret was not catching these gentlemens' full names.

  We got our shower replacement/install today here in Waynesville and could not be happier with the results! Our installer Stephen was on time, explained the process and answered questions throughout the day. He left our house and his work area absolutely immaculate and clean after the job and was professional, knowledgeable and polite. We added a before and after pic. Thanks Alex the salesman, Dale the measurement tech and especially Stephen.
