- JRJesse Raphael4 days ago1.0Called to inform me that they wouldn’t be able to make it out one hour before they were scheduled to arrive. I had already left to go meet them by that point and had wasted a day. We had an almost complete home remodel they could’ve been a part of, but that isn’t enough to interest them to actually show up. Given their inability to properly notify people of their inability to perform what they say they will do, it’s impossible to trust this company to perform once hired. Will they constantly be calling out or taking breaks all day to stretch out some hours? Who knows, because they can’t be troubled to show up. I will not be rescheduling either. You guys had your chance today and missed out on fairly large job.

- JLJohn LukeJul 30, 20261.0BEWARE! Shower install work was done slopily and unprofessional. Caulk is shrinking into some areas. Some of the 25 year-old trim was left in place and partially covered over. AND, don't expect to place a phone call for service, MadCity requires an online registration-request for service.
