He introduced himself upon arrival and explained every step of the process while he was working, which we really appreciated. The team was very organized, clean, and respectful of our home. They did not leave any mess behind, and the quality of the work was outstanding. At the end, Stephen also took the time to show us how to properly care for everything and what we should do to keep it in great condition. Highly recommend their service!

He included me through out the process which I loved and it is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Mad City to anyone who is considering an update!! Thank you so much Jessee you did such an amazing job and when I got home my bathroom was spotless it’s been a pleasure working with you Jessee!!

We were surprised when the call came 3 weeks later that our shower was in and ready for installation. Justin quoted us 8 weeks due to everything is made to order. Jessee arrived on time and got right to work. Answered all my husband's questions , put the shower bars and shelves to my specifications, i am short. He worked all day with no breaks to speak of. Our new shower is not a show stopper but it fits us. Highly recommend this company.
