  With these 95+ Temps lately, We lost our A/C on a Friday night about 7pm (Naturally) and I called Saturday morning and arranged the soonest appointment that they had on Monday morning. Rob, my regular Service Tech came out and discovered our Compressor had failed. Due to the age of our R-22 HVAC System, we required a complete HVAC System replacement. Rob was on the phone to Daniel the Owner and they had me a quote within the hour, which I signed electronically, and they put me down for installation first thing the very next morning, Tuesday. Scott, Mark and Elijah arrived right on time and had the complete system installed by around 4pm that same afternoon. Greg also stopped by mid-day to see if any other help was needed. The entire team was very professional and efficient. Even tho they were working in these very hot near 100 degree temps, the entire team was very kind, professional and efficient. We were very grateful for the expedient installation timeline and return to a nice cool house within a few hours after they finished. I have used John's for quite a long time, more than 10-12 years I believe, having them out for routine service checks twice every year, once for A/C late Spring and Furnace Mid-Fall. I appreciate the personal nature of their Family owned business, and will continue my loyalty to their business. Thank you to all of you at John's Heating and Air Conditioning!

  I just wanted to give a shout out to the best in the business, Jameson Heating & Air. Tonight our unit quit cooling as it should and I started doing all the checks and found an error code. I called the office and was sent through for a service call. Brian immediately reached out and we walked through possible scenarios and reset the unit over the phone. None of it was working and he said we’re probably in need of a part and I’ll head that way.He arrived and dug into the unit and we checked the parts and found that a roly-poly had found itself into the inner workings of the AC contactor and prevented it from kicking on. Needless to say running in a depleted state over the weekend in this heat would have made for a very cranky household. Brian really showed out for us and we could not be more grateful. If you find yourself in need of a unit or service call please give them a chance to blow you away.
