  Our two-year-old AC decided to quit working because apparently a mouse had dreams of becoming an electrician and chewed straight through the wire. 🐭⚡ Enter Andrew from FTS Heating and Cooling — rodent detective, AC whisperer, and part-time fortress builder. He tracked down the tiny vandal’s handiwork, repaired the wire, then proceeded to evict the furry criminal by plugging the hole with tin and tape like he was sealing up Fort Knox. While he was here, Andrew also installed a soft start on the AC to help prolong the life of the unit. So not only is our AC running again, it now starts smoother and hopefully won’t sound like it’s preparing for takeoff every summer. If another mouse decides to pursue a career in HVAC sabotage, we know who we’re calling. Thanks Andrew and FTS Heating and Cooling!

  We had our heat pump cooling go out. I called FTS the next morning and made an appointment for the following Monday. They called back in a couple hours and said they had a technician in the area and they could come out today. Trevor arrived as our technician and he was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a failed capacitor. He had the part with him and had it fixed the same day. He was very professional and efficient. We were very satisfied with Trevor and FTS!
