- TMTim McDonaldSep 19, 20265.0I had water on the floor in the HVAC room. FTS showed up first thing Saturday morning, and quickly discovered there were a couple of low spots in the condensation drain pipe. After leveling out the drain line, and adding some treatment to the pan, everything is working perfectly. Trevor did a great job explaining the problem, and the solution. I highly recommend FTS, and Trevor!!

And I would like to also thank Dakota for a solid diagnosis of the bad blower motor and Trevor as well for a visit to do a Che Kip in march. Great customer service on all of their parts and it should not go without saying that the young lady answering the phones Natalya was also kind and courteous. Now I’m not sweating to the oldies
