Man, I’ll tell you what, these guys were polite, clean and did the job they came to do. Almost didn’t get to finish my breakfast they were so quick. I would recommend FRS to anyone who needs to have this unfortunate process done. Daryn Holder, Dustin Rawlings and Rick Dlugokenski were my guys and they did a fantastic job. Nice guys but hope to never see them again. lol Steve H

Jordan Mathiesen and Chris Caples did a great job fixing our foundation issues. Just getting the chimney back as close to normal was simply amazing and we thank them for the great job they did. They kept us updated all week of what they were going to doing and explained it in a way we could understand. Their patience in answering my questions I really appreciate. Really only thing we wish could have been better was the big crack in front of house brick. But after talking to them about it we understand why they could not get the crack to close anymore than it did. But very happy with job Jordan and Chris did and also want to add Stephen Greek as he did a great job when he did our home inspection and going thru everything that needed to be done. Thank you Foundation Recovery for all the great work you did and I would recommend you to any one I know. In fact our neighbor came over Friday night and asked us who we used as they may need some foundation work. So I gave them your info.

Besides having the highest price of four companies and using scare tactics and nonstop phone calls and texts to gain your business, overall their work was not worth the investment. Unfortunately these gimmicks worked on us. We had support piers placed under the house for a couple noticeable sagging floors. They pushed us hard for expensive crawlspace encapsulation as an additional solution after another company suggested it as an option but not necessary at this time. Initial installation was in the wrong area, as the diagram was looked at rotated 90 degrees from its intended work area so installation of initial beams were placed under our kitchen in the rear of the house instead of toward the front of our house between our formal dining area and living area. Panicking upon “completion” of the project, and after pointing to landmarks on the work diagram like vents and crawlspace access door, etc., the workers called their manager and uninstalled and replaced the beams at their intended site the same day. They refunded some menial amount of money for not using some of the metal shimmies they planned to use but failed to offer additional discounts for the initial improper installation. The lead worker stated he’d been working long days without a day off and hadn’t ever made a mistake like that before. Later we had to have the team come back because we had large cracks in our entry ceiling due to the piers being raised higher than needed and they came back to lower the piers. The company followed up a year later to inspect their work at my request as we were still under the warranty period. When they visited, they provided “helpful” extra $$$ quotes for additional work.

In 2022 we paid almost $8,000 to have our porch and driveway fixed. Warranty of 5 years. The fix didn't make much difference. They came back to check it and put more filler in. That made a good difference then. But we had cracks on the side of the house so in 2024 they told us we needed 6 piers, which we did. We now have cracks in other places and they told us we needed more piers. Meanwhile the porch and driveway got progressively worse. When they came back to inspect again, they asked if we had before and after pictures to prove it got worse. WHAT? We have had at least 4 different people here and now we have to prove it's worse? We have spent over $19,000 dollars for what?

I had buckling and sagging floor due to moisture and age that had to be replaced. Kevin Macdonald field inspector came out, crawled into my crawl space and took pictures of what he saw needed to be addressed, explained everything to me and said they could help. Less than 10 days later the crew came out and went to work. Shout out to Jaceton Wright and his crew, Gaige Lascelle, Christian Lintzen and Jhon Hagerty for their professionalism! It was a two day job and I was here in the house while they worked. Listening to them work together and talk about life in general and the respect I heard that they have for each other was reassuring. I am older and have old school values but it’s still alive in the next generation. I heard Jaceton, the foreman, talk to crew members about “doing it right” so that gave me peace of mind that I didn’t have to worry about the quality of their work. I thank them all for that! Price was fine with me. I knew it wouldn’t be cheap, everything is expensive today but it had to get fixed. I have the next phase to address in the future and I WILL be calling them for that too, no doubt about it.
