  He was extremely professional and extremely nice. He came in and quoted me the price and got busy. Worked hard and did a wonderful job. I’m extremely happy with his work and love my new faucets!

  We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing multiple times throughout the 14 years in our present home. They have always done quality work. A very pleasantly professional Aven replaced kitchen disposal and faucet and bathroom sink and faucet today. Good work and left everything clean.

  I can’t say enough good things about Troy Bowline with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I recently had a plumbing issue and called Troy for some advice. He took the time to talk me through the situation over the phone and helped me figure out what I needed to do. What really stands out about Troy is his servant heart. He’s always willing to help, always answers his phone, and genuinely cares about people—not just getting the next job. It’s great to have someone you can call when you need help and know they’re going to be there for you. Troy is that guy. I highly recommend Troy and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

  Chase was exceptional!! Jared was so helpful as well!! This company came out to check our heating and cooling systems, clean our hot water heater, and patiently answered a bunch of our plumbing and duct-cleaning questions. As owners of an aging home, we truly trust them and deeply value their expert opinions on what updates we need. The level of professionalism cannot be surpassed! From wearing booties so they don’t drag dirt into the house to sending texts with pictures of the technicians before they arrive, every detail made us feel safe and cared for. We trust them completely with our home, will definitely continue doing business with them, and are already recommending them to all our friends. They are simply the best in the area!

  We had an excellent experience with the replacement of our main water line. Ben Franklin was quick to respond. After finding it was the main line, the supervisor was called. He was amazing! Left me with a hose system that kept our water on. Then,cane back the next day with heavy equipment to do tge replacement. Figured out how to replace the line by attaching the new line to the old one. He was able to save my flower bed and sidewalk!!! They were affordable, kind and efficient. I can't say enough good things!
