  My AC unit went out on a very hot day and I desperately searched for a company who could work on it same day. All Klear had an appointment within hours of me scheduling it and their technician, Devon, showed up first thing that morning and had the AC back up and running in less than 30 minutes. I cannot tell you what a relief this company and their employees are. Devon was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, explaining to me everything he found and what he was going to work on. He was even able to do some HVAC maintenance the same day to optimize my AC's efficiency and try to prevent the issue from recurring. I was impressed enough that I went ahead and signed up for the company's membership to have them do regular maintenance of my electric, plumbing, and HVAC. Very happy with the speed and professionalism of All Klear, they'll be my go-to company in the future.

  They were incredibly kind, professional, and did a thorough inspection. However, it was about $160 for them to just travel and do a diagnostic when other companies will do this for free. I compared quotes with another company and there's a devastating difference. They wanted over $600 for something when another reliable company will do for about $200. All Klear also added extras to the total quote (over $2,000) like an emergency shut off valve when there's already one present. The company we have decided to go with will do this for a fraction of All Klear's price. I hope they will consider pricing fairly.

  I cannot say enough good things about All Klear All Hours! They handle all of my plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning needs, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. I also have their membership, which I HIGHLY recommend. Every year, they come out and inspect my heating, air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems. They change my filters, recommend improvements, and make sure everything is running the way it should. It’s worth every penny, especially when something goes wrong. Today was a perfect example of why I love this company. At 5 PM, I realized our upstairs shower and bathtub were backing up with sewage. Yes, actual poop water! To make things even better, we had guests coming over, and my wife was about to have a full-blown panic attack. I told her, “No worries, babe. I’ll call All Klear.” And that’s exactly what I did. Because of my membership, I didn’t have to pay additional after-hours fees. They had someone at my house within 30 MINUTES! Karim showed up, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. He came in, immediately knew what he was doing, and got right to work. Within an hour, the drain was unclogged, the poop water was gone, and our evening was saved! But here’s what really impressed me. Karim was professional, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely looked and acted like someone who takes pride in his work. You can tell when a company trains its people well and holds them to a high standard. Karim was a perfect example of that. I was freaking impressed! I’ve used All Klear for all my home service needs, and experiences like today are exactly why I’ll continue to use them. When something goes wrong in your home, you want to know you have someone you can count on. Not someone who might show up tomorrow, not someone who’s going to charge you an arm and a leg just because it’s after 5 PM, but a company that actually answers the phone, shows up, and fixes the problem. All Klear All Hours does exactly that. If you’re not using them, you’re missing out. And seriously, look into their membership. Today alone reminded me why it’s worth having. Huge shoutout to Karim and the entire All Klear team. You guys have a customer for life! 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

  FEMALES — single or just home alone while these guys come, please get a SECOND OPINION BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING!! The tech made it more dire than it actually was and the A/C sales guy was just waiting, knocked on the door before the tech left, gave me no time to take a second to think about this and it was like forcing a choice down my throat. After they scared me into thinking I needed a $15,000 new system, I was able to take a second to call my dad and talk it out and he explained that I was being taken advantage of, I didn’t need a new system!! I was able to get my A/C repaired with WHEELER’S HEATING AND AIR for not even a drop in the bucket compared to $15,000!! I recommend WHEELER’S every day!!

  Jack came out to my house first thing in the morning after the pilot light in my water heater wouldn’t light. He made a valiant effort to relight it but we ended up replacing the unit. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions while allowing me to learn from him in the process. He was professional and clean considerate of the fact that I was wrangling a toddler, baby, and dog all at the same time. He gave me multiple options to fix the problem and get my family hot water back and I ended up choosing a new unit. He had it in the same day. He checked with me multiple times to make sure everything was how I wanted it within the parameters of everything working properly.
