  Matt did an amazing job when he came out here to do a service. We are working through insurance and he was able to sit there and talk to us about everything that needed to be done with our furnace and our AC unit. He was very sympathetic to our cause, and went above and beyond to explain everything to us broke it down for the insurance to be able to see what they needed, but also wrote in what needed to be done! He was very polite, kind and overall a great person to have to deal with after dealing with an other HVAC systems that just were not satisfactory. I would recommend them to anybody and we haven’t even had our work done yet!!

  Jeff was very likable and thorough. He did not leave until my air was back on and working well. I did not like or agree with having to sign his phone so many times without being able to see what I was signing for. This is a company fault not Jeff’s. I also would prefer to post my monthly maintenance myself rather than auto pay but that was not an option. Also for the company overall to consider. I signed up for you maintenance program but did not appreciate the fact that after being without a/c in this heat wave for 29 hours Jeff first took inventory of all of my A/c , plumbing, hot water heater and electrical systems before fixing the problem to restore a/c. He also pushed me to take the monthly maintenance program before he fixed the problem or “it” would cost me more. Fix the problem first and you will find me and other customers more likely to listen and consider. I finally said yes to the maintenance when I also had to add Freon hoping that future maintenance would help me avoid outages. Thank you.

  They installed a hot water heater, was charged for them to clean out the build up in my lines afterward they didn't i had to do it myself, because the guy i called out when i lost water pressure was too busy looking at my basement walls and tried to sell me pipes. I told him to go home after i fixed my own problem in front of him. Beforehand i Called them right back after install because I had a gas leak. They came back out tightened some lines on it, and left. A month went by and still smelled gas. Called spire out they found the leak and fixed it. Thank God my basement windows were propped open or I wouldn't be able to review these guys. Called and was supposed to get 200 dollars back but of course never got that. Still waiting on a call. 0/10. Crooked company wouldn't trust em with my life ever again. Still haunts me that we could have been blown sky high and these guys are a licensed and insured company. Thats maybe the only thing they got going for them. ALSO THE MOST EXPENSIVE CHOICE.

  I recently had my AC repaired by Air Services and couldn’t be more impressed. Blake was outstanding — not only did he fix the issue efficiently, but he took the time to walk me through how my HVAC system actually works, what I can do to extend its lifespan, and some practical maintenance tips that should help lower my utility bills. It’s rare to find a technician who genuinely takes the time to educate the customer rather than just do the job and leave. Blake clearly knows his stuff and was happy to share that knowledge. I’d been looking for a reliable provider to handle ongoing HVAC maintenance for my home, and after this experience, that search is over. Air Services has earned my business. Highly recommend — ask for Blake if you can. Five stars without hesitation.

  We signed up to have our heating and air serviced twice a year. That was 6 weeks ago. I understand that it’s summer and that it’s a busy time of year so waiting was not that big of a deal. The week of our appointment we are stoked because our ac constantly runs even when it’s set at 78 day and night. The day before the scheduled appointment my wife gets a message saying they could come out and do the service that day. I was out of town and she owns a business so she is unable to close up shop and leave at a moments notice so she said we can’t do it till the scheduled date. So today the day of the scheduled service we get a message saying they are unable to come out for said service because they are backed up. I’m trying to figure out how they have the time to come out a day early but then the day of are backed up and unable to accommodate someone that has been on the schedule for 6 weeks. I really hope we are able to get our money back since we have to pay monthly and can’t just pay at the time of the service.
