Austin Buck was one of the most professional servicemen I’ve ever had the pleasure of having work on my home. His trainee, Chris, also deserves praise. All of our questions were answered without issues, and everything was explained throughly. Austin is the reason that we will be using AirServices for our home needs in the future. We’ve used the competition and won’t return. Thank you, Austin!

Air Services was easy and quick to make a same day appointment. Arrival updates were given and Taylor arrived when expected. He was very personable and professional. He was patient with my questions and provided great answers and information. He pinpointed my plumbing issue quickly, gave me options and pricing, then fixed the problem. I would not hesitate to call Air Services again. Taylor is an asset to your team.

Juan was very thorough in his inspection of my HVAC unit. He replaced the air filter, and pointed out to me that my unit is very old, and will probably need to be replaced soon (which I was not surprised to hear). He set up an appointment for someone to provide me with a free estimate for replacement. I appreciated his honesty. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

Buyer Beware: Incompetent Tech and Predatory Upselling: As an annual membership holder with Air Services, I called them on 7/23/26 because my 11-year-old AC unit was making a loud noise and not cooling. The technician who arrived gave a completely incorrect diagnosis and tried to pressure me into a massive, unnecessary purchase. The technician claimed my unit was missing a factory liquid-line filter drier, which he blamed for a clogged TXV valve. His estimate was $1,556 to replace the valve and immediately pushed me to buy a brand new AC unit for $15,000, claiming mine would fail again at any moment. However, I needed some time to think about rep[air vs new AC unit option. Miraculously, AC unit worked ok on the following day while I was waiting. Suspicious of his claims, I contacted my original installer. Both they and the Trane factory officially confirmed via email that the filter drier was built-in from the factory. The Air Services technician simply did not know what he was looking at. During the service call, he seemed like a beginner, repeatedly misconnecting valves with his diagnostic kit and calling his supervisor 2-3 times for help. When my AC failed again on 7/26, I called a different company for a second opinion. Their technician accurately diagnosed the real issue within minutes: a failed blower motor. The TXV valve was perfectly fine. Once the blower was replaced, my AC worked beautifully. Air Services misdiagnosed my system, and trying to charge me $1,556 for a repair I didn't need, and used fear tactics to try and upsell me a $15,000 unit. I canceled the membership after this experience. Be incredibly careful dealing with this company.

The cost was $9,300!!! to replace galvanized pipes under a 1600 sq foot house with one bathroom, a kitchen sink, and a washing machine. The only problem was the kitchen sink was not draining. Cody is good but the fee for repairs is much too high! You have taken advantage of a disabled Veteran and senior citizen who had a situation that needed immediate help. Austin said that he is not responsible for the prices and the company determined the cost, yet he did not know who I can talk to about it. In addition, the repairs did not include replacing all of the old pipes because some had been already been replaced, yet the charge included all. The house was not cleaned up and was not left as it was before the work started.
