Unfortunately I have to write this . But I had paid for their membership program. After calling them out for a issue with my a/c turned out to be the compasitor. Which I had a extra 1 on hand . But they wouldn't use the 1 I had . Wierd . So I bought theirs. An ended up buying their membership program. Which seemed great an included cleaning the gutters an checking the electrical and plumbing an changing filters an cleaning the a/c an heating components an draining an cleaning the hot water heater. An a few other minor things . Plus backing up their work an discounts on parts an labor. So far no gutter cleaning. No hot water tank draining an cleaning. 1 filter change at my expense. An didn't clean the fan motor or anything else. Also before hand went to the wrong house 4 times. What in the world. An since then I have been pushed out on my scheduled appointments no more filter changes which I have had to do myself. , also I have had to clean the blower an motor myself. Since they didn't or wouldn't. My unit is a name brand an only around 8 to 9 yrs old which i have the paperwork for when I bought the home. An they claim or trying to push me to buy a whole new unit. I have used the in the past over about 4 yrs . An the service I get now has dropped tremendously. After paying hundreds of dollars for a service I am not getting. At this point I wouldn't recommend them anymore. I waited 2 months to write this review in hopes they would make it right. An believe i should probably go with another a/c company who would or will keep their promises and abide by their very own contract . Here is a couple photos of what I was left after they claimed they cleaned the unit. An everything was good. . Mind you I do work on hvac myself. This the before an the after I did their job for them.
I just asked for a quote for some electrical work and they insisted that they had to come to our home to give us a quote. The technician was nice, but they charged us 89$ just for a visit, we weren't informed of that fee. Just wanted to shop around on a price for a theoretical service. I also asked for a quote on exhaust duct work, but after being told we were going to be charged 900$ to switch a countertop light switch and an outlet, I wasn't at all interested in the duct quote. We got a much more reasonable quote elsewhere on the electrical and we weren't charged 89$ for it. We have a baby in the NICU and we don't have time for this or the 89$ to throw around on random quotes. I wouldn't have normally left a review but you guys requested one. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Our water heater finally decided to call it quits after nearly 20 years, and of course, the timing could not have been worse. We had family coming into town to stay with us in less than 48 hours, so waiting several days without hot water really was not an option.
I called three different companies around Springfield. All of them were willing to schedule someone to come look at it within a couple of days, but All Service Plumbing, Heating & Cooling was the only company that actually showed up the same day. From the first interaction, the communication was solid, the process was clear, and the team handled the situation with urgency rather than just putting us in a queue.
Their estimator quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and the installer was outstanding. Professional, respectful, efficient, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right. By the end of the day, we had a new water heater installed, and everything was back to normal. What felt like a major problem that morning turned into a complete non-issue by that evening.
Were they the cheapest option in town? Probably not. But when you need fast response, quality work, strong communication, and people who actually show up when it matters, there is real value in that. In our case, it was absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.

Jerrie did an excellent job of doing our annual check up on our air conditioner unit.
He detected a problem with our evaporater coil that is still leaking after the repair work that we paid $405.62 to your company to repair on
6-24-25 to have the problem fixed.
We feel that we should be
reimbursed for the $405.62 that we paid to have the leaking evaporator coil repaired instead of having it replaced under the warranty that it was covered until November 2027
Jerrie came up with a solution to fix our unit.
He told us that the part & labor was under warranty until November 2027.
He was very patient in explaining the problem & a solution to fix the problem.
Jerrie was very pleasant & answered our questions. He cared that we did have a problem with our unit & told us he would order the part on Monday from Lennox, that was needed to repair our unit. The company will call us when the part comes in & set up a time to repair our unit.
Jerrie was a positive person to have representing your Company.

Paid $89 just to be told I apparently need to take out a small loan to run 60 feet of wire.
Got quoted $1,600+ to install a basic 15–20 amp circuit for a pool pump… and that’s with me doing the trenching myself. So let me get this straight—I dig the ditch, and they show up and wire it, and somehow that’s $1,600?
I get companies have overhead, but this felt less like a quote and more like a “how high can we go before he laughs” test. The $89 “goes toward the job” pitch sounds nice until the job is priced so high it doesn’t matter.
Tech was fine—no issue there. But the pricing model? Feels like a bait-and-boost. Get you in the door, then swing for the fences.
Do yourself a favor and get a quote from a local electrician before signing anything. Your wallet will thank you.
